This is a great app, we can observe our customer behavior and find our website remaining issue. From there we can totally improve our website performance

Using this app to help me with my new online shop. It's great to see what people are looking at and how long they are spending on my site. Such a great idea.

We have been using this for a couple weeks and so far so good with one minor issue, location isn't always accurate but that could be because of browser settings.

Great app, I wish you were able to segment the sessions by view time & pages visited etc. would help segment the most valuable sessions. The App is easy to use, we'd just like to see more Sessions in the dashboard.

It records the sessions, however, it would be better somehow it can let us send a message or email to visitors.

It really helps in every possible way to find what can be a problem on your store. Highly recommended

It looks pretty good so far! It's helpful, so I would recommend it. I have only seen a few recordings as of now, but it gives me a glimpse into any flaws with customer and site interaction.
