Just installed and in love with it. You are able to see the exact path the customer used which is valuable information. Must have app and it is FREE!

Great so far, does everything it said it does. i recommend if you want to see where customers are leaving off and what to fix on your site.

Doesn't work. Enabled the toggle switch and visited the site in another browser. Came back to app dashboard and no recording shows up. Update: Out of nowhere I visited the dashboard again hours later and now two recordings show up, but nothing happens when I click to view them. It just gets stuck on the media player screen with no video and a "loading data" message. I have had no luck with Consistent Cart apps on Shopify. *uninstall*

helpful in checking the last sessions of customer. the replay can be very informative and understanding

Wow, this is spooky. But a very useful insight into what is going on on my website. It's funny to see what visitors are really struggling with on the site.

1star. Even though its free, it has a lot of issues - stopped working until support reinstalled it and didn't really give a satisfactory response - nowadays it records maybe 1% of of visits to the site and for no reason skips the others; Support never responded to the second ticket i sent.

It does give us information about what are the things our customer see on the website. If you would like to improve your user interface and user experience, this app worth a try.

Good little app, my only complaint is it does not show enough recorded sessions from the week. The dashboard is too small to gather enough data to see what is happening on the site.
