This is amazing how i can spy and observe how visitors behave on my website. It's better then watching a movie.

Love the app. Great way to know where to improve your site. One addition I would suggest is it would be fun to know the outcome of the session (conversion, cart, homepage, collection page, etc.) To know which sessions are worth looking at.

I didn't know I needed this, until I added the app. So cool how you can view the sessions. Just downloaded and already working perfectly! Thanks!

So far the app is ok. Certainly wish that the screen was a bit larger to view the replay but it gives you a drop down box that shows where the customer went on the website so that helps as well

Are used this app to help me identify where my customers are having troubles. I liked how this app helped me see where the load time for my website images are hurting my conversions as well!

This app is great to monitor what you're customers are doing on your site. It provides you with the feed of what they are clicking, what catches their eye etc. The only issue I have had with this app thus far is that it has no sidebar for you to scroll up and down sometimes. It is quite annoying being that I would like to look at previous visits to the site not just recent ones. Please fix that issue, other than that it is a worth it!

I like the premise, but not sure if my customers are just leaving or the recording is messed up. Hopefully its the recording.

I really enjoy this app for the simple fact I can see what my customers are clicking on first so I can simplify more of my adds instead of the guessing I just do not like how this app only provides walk thru on the main page instead of the whole process.

Interesting and very useful tool by itself but needs more work and development beyond a tool into a toolset. Otherwise this will be absorbed by the bigger compilations like the 'apiculturists', to reference one without naming a competitor on your page. Know that 3/5 from me doesn't mean 'Bad', it means you're just not a 5 YET. 1/5 would be 'Bad'.
