This is a great application so far. Been using it for quite some time now and allows customers to easily track there orders! The design and functionality for Parcel Planner is very user-friendly which is an added bonus.

Parcel Panel helps a lot in lightening the support. We can hide the origin of the provenance of the products, if desired. The application also provides a lot of other very interesting information such as packages that have not yet been delivered, for example.

Great app and most importantly great support! A very helpful overview of all shipments status allows catching shipment issues before customers contact, and thus increases the opportunity for proactive reponse. Would love the ability to be more hands-on when it comes to courier matching. Still, the app works great in most cases (especially if you always ship with the same courier) and the support staff is very responsive and helpful!
