Amazing customer service! Great way to let your clients track their orders. Easy to install on your webshop.

Guys...I have had so many stores, I lost the count. I have used Parcelpanel for each one of them, and I can tell you that NO other app provides the same TAILORED approach. Dropshipping? They have got you covered with hiding ALL chinese cities (I don't think there is many out there). A customer gets 100 tracking numbers? They have a way for him/her to track them with 1 button. I can't express how greatful I am to find it. All 1 star reviews complain about refunds, etc. when it is all Shopify's processing time and has nothing to do with Parcelpanel. Anyway, its the best app you can possibly download. Period.

Do not install this app. The customer service is cheap. They invest money in cheap labor with poor quality. Please, download better apps to track your orders.

I had some issues setting up but with one email I had support helping me until it was up and running. Customer Support is Gold in my book these days. The product lets our customers check their order status on our website and saves customer support time answering order tracking emails and chats.

great app! I can customize what my customers see (slightly disguising the dropshipping) and I love how it gives me average shipping times for my products per country so I can accurately inform customers. I also really like how it syncs with Shopify emails and sends out for delivery and delivered emails. It's a little pricy because they increase prices a lot by order volume, but overall worthwhile.

Excellent package tracking and information application for your customers, previously I had another application that I thought was complying with informing my customers and it turned out that it did not do so but this application does and is easy to configure

I love this app for my store to track orders. I love that I can enter a term and have it be shown as something else, and that I can hide particular search terms. The customer service is very responsive to me as well. 5 stars.

Does not work properly. I had nearly every month an issue. My customer getting emails and contact us that they got informed that they received the packages but the package was in transit. I will update my review soon again..

Really the best customer service I have received with any app, had some issues with couriers not displaying correctly. It was attended to in 10mins, sorted out my issues - Plus they did some custom work to match my theme. For Free! Add this app guys and girls! It's a must for any serious store owner.

So far I'm loving this app. Service has been great - they even noticed that the page wasn't completely matched with the theme (which I didn't) and changed it. Looks great now

GARBAGE APP - After installation only seeing the message parcel panel uses cookies and If you use Safari 11 or later, go to the Preferences section of your browser settings, open the Privacy tab and uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking checkbox. Couldn't find the dashboard option to setup my page. I reopened the app but nothing worked. Not Worth the Penny

This is the best app for tracking!! The support is extremely excellent and helpful, they did some coding on my shop because the tracking information was not optimised, and all this by themself and for free!

The best app for dropshipping, hands down. I was using another app prior to discovering ParcelPanel, and this app blows it OUT OF THE WATER. Also, great customer service, fast to respond, and helpful. You are able to customize the location from which customers see your products being shipped from. Very helpful, and a incredibly useful upsell "similar products" tab based off what said customer purchased. Genius.
