If I could, I would give the app and the support I received 6 stars. Absolutely amazing, for drop shippers or anyone that deals with multiple carriers, package handoffs, etc. this is by far the best app and I tested all the leading apps with thousands of reviews. My main issue was that I deal with lots of different suppliers and carrier methods, so mapping them correctly was challenge for all the other apps. Parcel Panel support was able to do it seamlessly. My second issue was that some carriers would hand off to USPS for final delivery process so all other apps could even track first part of the shipment or the last. Parcel App support was able to merge tracking details from multiple carriers so my customers can now see detailed tracking info from the start to finish.

Please download this app. This app is amazing for dropshippers. Fast response and friendly staffs. App is super easy to use with lovely features and customization, no coding involved. Most importantly, it supports Aliexpress Standard Shipping which most of the apps do not! Highly recommended. I finally found an app that can solve my issue.

It's extremely easy to use, set up is easy and UX is great. No issues after using it for more than 3 months and counting.

App is good, no need of a developer to set up this but it's costly 19 USD just for 500 order is costly for me.

Finally found a reliable and easy-to-use tracking app. One of the main reason I considered this app was it compatibility with Judge.me review app. Pricing is also reasonable. Simple and functional. Please keep up the great work guys!

This app charge like a premium amount but they don't offer accurate tracking of partially fulfilled order we are taken there 399$ plan but it is not worth for us if you fulfilled your order partially then other order will not show when the customer track order through their app, we paid 399$ to them and we got lots of complaints and negative reviews too which is effected our brand value as well so we would suggest go and try some other apps their plan is like a premium amount you won't get good features. If you care about your brand value and you have a stable business.

easy to use! coming from another order tracking app that would not track all orders, this is a better option and works great

This app is really straight forward as compared to other Tracking Page. After the initial installation, I had some issues loading my carrier's updates and contacted them. They managed to solved my issues within 1 day turnaround. Please give it a try!

By far the best tracking app in terms of value / price. I really like the estimated arrival time date (so do my customers). Great customer support. I just miss more analytics about my shipping (average delivery time by country, slit per postal services, ...).

Super cool. I like how it presents professionally and has extra features to give an all round show of information. I wouldn't mind something so I could show when an order is partially fulfilled..

This app is absolutely stunning! best tracking app on this platform, I was getting emails from worried customers about order status because of the long processing times and a couple cancelled purchases but with parcel panel my customers know whats going on with there product from ordering til delivery THANKS!
