I was so impressed when I discovered ParcelPanel after failing with other tracking apps. I can't believe how great the free version is too!! It's perfect for me right now and when I scale up with more orders the middle package is so affordable something like $9 a month. I am so happy and highly recommend! This is by far the best tracking app I've come across on the Shopify App Store. Nice work dev guys!

The app is really easy to integrate and set-up, took me 10 minutes to get a great working tracking page. Super value for money, highly recommended. I've tried a couple of other apps but reverted to ParcelPanel as I found it by far the best.

Works well, my only complaint was by default it would label some tracking numbers by cainiao when the tracking number was really USPS, making the package untrackable.

I've used this app to track a few packages so far, everything worked as described. Set up and customisation was really simple and I'm happy to have found this app so roll on with the orders!! Also looks very professional!

does its job, basically. Careful, it does NOT cover the detailed tracking status translation. The "Tracking translation strings" function described here doesn't work: https://docs.parcelpanel.com/article/6#Part%203.%20Translation%20strings It can only translate a full string (without any auto generated names in it, such as city names, country names etc...). Therefore any tracking status including an auto generated word (at least 50% of the tracking status), can't be translated properly. I hope it can be fixed someday, you guys just need to allow a "partial" tracking status string translation. I am not a soft dev myself but it doesn't seem to be a huge challenge.

Amazing for tracking shipments on your site. Also prices for each plan is really good for small start ups and big businesses alike. Highly recommend

What I first like with this app it's that most parcels can be tracked, which is not the case with most other traclking apps ! Then it's fully translatable, including every single tracking message (you need to do it for every new message). The customer experience is much better than when you expose English messages to French customers... The layout is also cool and makes very professional. I strongly recommend this app !

The interface and backend looks nice and very professional. I also like how the map looks and its easy to use.

I used this app to help my customers keep track of their shipping without having to send them to the china post website for tracking. It works seamlessly well with my store's theme and I am able to restrict the Ali shipping and any trace or indication that its aliexpress. After using the app for about a week I am so grateful. There was a slight issue that I noticed with the tracking on mobile devices and support did a coding fix and resolved it. So now every user will have a great experience with this app. The best app to download by far UPDATE DEC 16. I made a mistake and deleted this app thinking that another app was better. I was wrong and regretted it. Like the prodigal son I returned to the best tracking app that you can use to give your site a premium experience with your customers. UPDATE JAN 4 2020: I was seduced by a fancier looking app and deleted this one to go with the fancier looking app and regretted it right away. This is truly the best, most cost effective order tracking app and they are very helpful. I will never leave again.

i like this app. easy to set up. very good for dropshippers as they can set to omit some words from tracking page like aliexpess,china. so the customer can't know where the package is coming from.

I would like to give 5 stars but I can't. The layout is good, but the page is "waiting for update". So it has no use for the customer!

I really love the app and how it looks but I want to change something in my tracking page, the text shows white and it's not readable because the background is also white. I want to make the text black and I don't know how. Waiting for CS respond, but the app is GREAT!
