Lexie is super patient and helpful! An update removed my settings which is frustrating but things happen and I trust it will get sorted.

Intimate service support, very easy-to-use APP, support for many rare couriers such as chukou1, yuntrack, etc., very good!

This app is my go-to for each of my Shopify pages. It's easy to customize. You can customize from A to Z. I only wish the free plan has more than 20 to test.

Putting this on our page has cut down the amount of where's my order email and phone calls significantly. I have tried out quite a few tracking apps but have settled for Parcel Panel. Had a few teething problems at first but support is very responsive. They don't send you a tonne of onboarding emails, requests for '5 minute chats' etc like so many other Shopify apps do. Pricing seems quite reasonable really for the level of suppot you get and for the tracking.

A great app for anyone really! Give you a nice tracking page for your customers to know where their items are, its great for dropshipping since it hides any Chinese cities, automatically sends delivered notification through shopify notifs (if you turn it on) I had a couple issues at the beginning but they were either resolved by me buying the plan since I ran out of order tracking or customer service helped really quick I recommend!

Asked the dev team to make a few adjustments to fit in with my other pages and it was done done within a day! Great app and service!

Extremely useful app to 1) allow us to easily track our customers' orders and follow up with them in a timely manner; 2) more efficiently and effectively keep customers in the know about their order status. In addition, their customer service is great. They helped us update the courier tracking which wasn't syncing properly as soon as i asked them for help. Recommended!

Great app. I did not know about this app until someone downloaded it for me. It has the free plan which is great but only downfall is that you only have 20. Once all used, you need to upgrade. There was a glitch when I downloaded it but they fixed it very fast. Has graphs so you can see how many times the order number has been looked up.

This app does more or less everything that we need it to do. This apps deserves 5 stars, but here are 2 things that we would love to see improved. 1) Exporting the tracking numbers does not includes the different SKUs. It would be great if that were the case as we have different warehouses and we need to send the reports to different places. 2) We would love to see improved are the webhooks. Right now we receive the exact same notification several times. If these could be filtered by Parcel Panel, that would be great!
