App molto intuitiva e facile da usare. Nel caso ci fossero problemi, l'assistenza risponde subito e si collega al tuo pc per risolvere il problema. Ho integrato la app al mio sito e fatto un ordine di prova con Eleonora Tacchi, super gentile e preparata. Ottimo servizio!

Funciona magnificamente, ademas que facilita todos los envios de una manera sorprende. Lo mejor es el servicio tecnico, extremadamente amables y te ayudan en todo! A mi me ayudo Eleonora Tacchi, y fue genial, hablamos en ingles, italiano y español. Por telefono me ayudo a configurar mi cuenta y a resolver todas mis dudas. De verdad que es la mejor!!!

Packlink is a great opportunity to have good shipping conditions in the wide field of shipment providers. You just have to use one app, this is really great. The features are very easy to use and in case there are issues, you have a personal contact person, who is super responsive. Our contact is Renata Primorac, who does a really good job in fulfilling all our wishes and resolving issues. Thank you for the great support! L'installazione è semplicissima, e funzione bene su shopify, ho avuto problemi con una spedizione, ho trovato difficoltà ha rintracciare l'assistenza inizialmente poi grazie alla mia referente Brunella Esposito che si è interfacciata con me ho risolto.

Viele unserer Kunden sitzen in den USA. Bis Ende 2020 haben wir diese über Transglobal Express beliefert. Die Versandzeit war jedoch immer sehr lang. UPS selber konnte uns keine guten Konditionen anbieten. Über Packlink versenden wir fast nur noch über UPS. Wir sparen wir Portokosten und die Versandzeit hat sich deutlich verbessert. Zudem konnten wir auch noch Zeit einsparen, da die Pakete jetzt bei uns abgeholt werden und niemand mehr zur Post fahren muss. Bei anfänglichen Einstellungsproblemen war der Support sehr hilfreich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir können Packlink nur empfehlen !!

i really like this app, because user friendly, everything is ok apart from document integration with courier companies, they need to upgrade with necessary courier companies to share invoice details and product details to handle international delay, not all the courier but few of them, hope they will sort this out sooner, and we strongly recommended to use digital invoice system for smoother international movement,

Very easy to integrate and then to use. Managed to get up and running in less than 20 mins. Had a call to make sure everything was ok from a member of staff and my packages went off without a hitch same day. Prices are good too.
