great app for customers as they can choose they preferred courier. not so good for UK merchants as we are forced to pay each shipment as PAYG due to Direct Debit being unable for UK merchants.

First of all, I would like to say that I had the amazing support of Renata in each step, from beginning to end, to understand how the platform works, the charging process, the options available. She was responsible that I started to use the Packlink, and I am glad that I did. The prices are better than directly on the courier, you also have the option to compare and choose from the different couriers for every order, and they make it easy to fulfill and send.. By the way, if you also sell on Amazon they also have an integration there that communicates directly to the amazon platform when you buy the shipping label they already do the work to register the tracking code automatically! And I had a problem with the courier ( DPD) and they were very fast and supportive to help me solve it with the courier company. I Super recommend that you use Packlink to send your products and I am very happy and satisfied with the support that I received from Renata.

I have installed Packlink PRO into my ecommerce, it is very easy to install and the Customer Service team (Jaime in my case) is always available to help with any issue or doubt I have. It gives you lots of advantages when it comes to shipments.

The app was very easy to install on to Shopify and is easy to use. The support and help has been great when needed.

I recommend the Packlink app as it is a third-party shipping service that can be easily integrated with Shopify and offers great prices on shipping. Fast assistance and tries to solve all the problems that may exist on a shipment. Personally, I received assistance from the Angelo Mattinò Account Menager and he was very helpful in answering my questions and solving some things. 100% recommend

Easy to install and easy to use. I was contacted by Jeffrey after installing the app, who happily talked me through my options and gave continuous support via email. Fairly priced shipping options too, which is helpful for a small business like mine that may not qualify for bulk discounts. Wir benutzen Packlink schon seit 2020 für unseren Shopify Store. Sowohl im Shop, also auch Standalone hat uns Packlink schon eine Menge an Versandkosten und vor allem Bearbeitungszeit eingespart. Ein großes Plus ist der immer Kunden-Support. Unser Ansprechpartner Markus ist telefonisch immer sofort erreichbar wenn es mal Rückfragen oder Probleme gibt, damit der Versand immer flüssig läuft, und wir die besten Versandoptionen nutzen.

Discovered the app totally by accident while researching some shipping stuff. Installed it to see if it could make life any easier and within 24 hours had a call from a very pleasant and helpful account manager, who clearly knew their stuff. Linking to your shopify store is pretty simple, it requires an extra step involving pasting a key code in to a box that most apps don't have, but aside from that it's pretty standard stuff. Pulling your orders through to the Packlink app is easy, and it gives you shipping rates right there and then (and updates in real time if you need to edit your package dimensions/weight). I had previously been doing things manually, 1 at a time via the UPS website which takes a frustrating amount of time. My only peeve is the customs form that is supplied with each shipment. This must be filled in manually, and no information is pulled from the order details. I was told that this is something that is being worked on however, so hopefully soon it won't be an issue. Final note - The rates they offer are extremely competitive. I've already saved a significant amount shipping via Packlink than if I'd set up my own shipments via UPS. If you don't do enough shipping to qualify for the discounts UPS/FedEx/whatever offer then Packlink is definitely worth looking in to.

I found Packlink researching online for the best shipping options and further discovered they had a Shopify app. At first I was a bit skeptical, because I thought the prices were too good to be true. But once the UPS driver came to pick up my first shipment, I knew Packlink would be an important part of my business' growth. I knew I could sell more since I could lower the shipping prices for my customers. Easy to connect and easy to use. Very helpful support too. I was assigned an account manager from the start and he calls from time to time to check if everything is alright and if I have feedback for them. Amazing! What other company does that? I have had a few issues with DPD not coming to pick up shipments, but the Packlink team was very supportive and helped me out multiple times! I have recommended Packlink to a friend who has a Shopify store and he is also very happy.

Horrible service by packlink By being such a liar towards customers pretending that packages are going to be picked up and 12 days later nothing still and only reply I get is reschedule for next day this is the worse provider when it comes too be honest and finding solutions. Reply: I was in contatc with packlink every day and nobody provided a solution or the decency to be honest regarding the carrier's issues and still till now is unknown to many customers. Please everyone go to trustpilot and see what is really happening.
