è da qualche mese che uso packlink pro e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta, soprattutto per l'assistenza fornita da Eleonora Tacchi, sempre molto gentile e preparata a qualsiasi domanda posta.

Estoy utilizando esta aplicación y por ahora va muy bien. A veces cuesta que atiendan el teléfono, pero una vez que atienden son muy resolutivos. Carmen me ha ayudado mucho.

Una aplicación muy cómoda para gestionar los envíos con un gran soporte técnico y muy bien atendido en todo momento por Carmen.

Es la aplicación que uso para hacer envíos. En todo momento he estado en contacto con un asesor (Jaime) que ha sido muy atento y servicial ayudándome en todo el proceso de envío. Sin duda, será la aplicación que siga utilizando. Por cierto, si tienes dudas te atienden tanto por teléfono como por e-mail, para mí es un punto muy positivo ya que en ningún momento hablas con máquinas.

Uso ques'app da diverso tempo, oltre ad avere i prezzi più competitivi del mercato, mi facilita la vita, facendo risparmiare molto tempo ed eliminando gli errori, perchè compila in automatico gli indirizzi basta solo 1 clic per acquistare la spedizione.

Muy contenta con el servicio prestado de Penelope Almazán. No solo me ha ayudado a instalarlo sino también a utilizarlo y entender la applicación.

I'm sorry to say this, as Packlink is actually excellent value for money, but this app is pretty useless. None of the relevant order data, other than the address and order value, is sent to your Packlink account. Neither the shipping weight, nor the product data needed for the customs declaration are transferred, so you have to fill in package details and accompanying documents completely by hand for every single order - a tedious, error-prone and time-consuming process. I really hope that the developers will improve this soon. As a good example, I would recommend to have a look at the Shopify app from DHL, where the data transfer is fully automated and runs flawlessly. ---- UPDATE Aug 11. 2021: I had a phone call with Packlink yesterday in which I was told that at least the shipping weight will be transmitted to the Packlink account if you either upgrade to a higher Shopify plan or switch to annual payment in advance. They are currently working hard on all the other items mentioned regarding automating customs declarations and eliminating errors in customs documents. Therefore, I award two additional stars retrospectively, trusting that things will improve soon.

Bonne plateforme, prix attractifs, très peu de problèmes techniques. Quelques fonctions à ajouter comme inverser/échanger rapidement les adresses inscrites (pour un bon de retour par exemple).

Questa App e' molto utile in quanto integra le spedizioni direttamente risparmiando molto tempo. Tuttavia quando si mandano diverse spedizioni contemporaneamente, spesso si congela ovvero non manda il segnale di fullfilment su shopify, pertanto occorre sempre fare un double check. Il customer service fino ad ora l'ho trovato molto disponibile e facilmente contattabile.

Assistenza molto professionale e pronta ad aiutare! Hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande (che erano molte hahahah) con grande pazienza e velocità, soprattutto il signor Ciro.

Semplice da integrare e utilissima per risparmiare tempo nella configurazione della spedizione. Ottime offerte da parte delle aziende di spedizione.

7 shipments lost or nowhere to be found. Packlink's customer support is the WORST team I have ever experienced. Unorganized, unmotivated and can't be bothered to answer if not by copy pasting a template answer, no signel degree of care or attention for customer issues. Now they want to charge me a supplement for a shipment that is not even mine? Stating I sent a shipment of 11kgs and 1 meter in size when our ecommerce sells 10gram phone stickers. It is obviously a mistake but they wont do anything to fix the mistake besides sending copy-paste generic answers. I am DONE with Packlink. Worthless team, worthless service.
