I just installed this today to create some pop-up opt-ins with a buy a product get a free gift as the read, and Naomi from ONE was super helpful; she helped me for hours and even wrote some custom code for me. I am really happy with the customer service. ONE should give Naomi a huge pay rise, she was the best tech support person I've had in 20 years!

The app is easy to use and you can do many things with the free plan. But it is better to upgrade to get access to more features when you have more visitors and customers. The customer service is just amazing and helpful. They help everybody, free or paid plan. Today I got Nathalie on the chat. Not only she gave an answer to my question, she also checked my settings and made some suggestions. But the best of all, she offered me 250 sms credit for Free. Highly recommended!

I've been using ONE for almost a year and it's been so smooth to use and very convenient. I just started having problems to show my sales pop up and I requested support to fix it.
