I worked with Rosy and she was amazing. She helped me figure out my DNS settings which was a complicated mess. I'm so glad that One allows for Zoom meeting support. The customer service is outstanding. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

At first, I was just looking for a wheel spinner. This app has the most elegant one I've tried so far in addition to a number of other equally elegant widgets that compliment my customer engagement strategy. This has removed my need to pay for a dozen other apps. The customer support is excellent in helping get set up.

I started using the application for simple pop-ups but I discovered many more features that are going to look really nice on my store & be really helpful for sales. Everything is easily customizable and a lot of options are available for the products, e-mails, pop-ups to really fit your store vibes. I also needed assistance from the support team for setting up my first pop-up because of translation needs and Maya did a fantastic job and helped me a lot!! Thank you again you really are an amazing team providing a really good app!

i used for the first time this app and i needed some assistance. Naomi, the app assistant helped me a lot, customize my theme and assured me everything it works.

I use this app to send Email and SMS Broadcasts. It is very simple to use, it has nice templates (although a bit more variety wouldn't hurt) and their support team is very nice and helpful.

I started using ONE and the most amazing thing is that it is complete free. That helps a lot small business like us. Support is fantastic and there a lot of features. One small problem is that using multiple languages at your store is that those apps can't provide that well. It doesn't really matter at the end.

Great app! Very user-friendly and I've tried many of these apps to gather emails. The chat support is also super helpful. Not something you see with all of the apps so that is a huge bonus.

We haven't started using the app properly as yet, as we've just went live, but the support is awesome. Even when you disconnect and rejoin and someone new takes over the chat, the continuity is spot on. If the app works anywhere near as well as the support we'll be absolutely delighted! GG's team!

Amazing customer support! I'm always having to work on my website late or on weekends, and I could not believe someone was available through the chat to help me late on a Sunday night. Not to mention, they helped me to customize my pop-up and answered a bunch of questions. So friendly and helpful!
