The software and its features are really good and very straight forward, but the support service is out of this world. They are instantly ready to jump at your problem and help you in the quickest and easiest way possible!

ONE is a complete marketing app platform for Shopify and even other Ecommerce platforms. We just join ONE for 2 days and created some emails & popups for testing, simple and easy to use (especially the customer support is super, 24 hours all human, and very acknowledgeable), and will continue to experience other features. For now, it's all FREE, and hope the company will come up with a reasonable price plan so all SMBs can benefit.

This app is great! I got stuck with verifying my domain name when trying to set up my email so I reached out to the live chat and Rissa responded to me immediately. She was super helpful, polite, patient and now I'm all set up and on my way to sending my clients some impactful emails.

Naomi from customer support was fantastic. I asked for a custom request that I couldn't figure out during set-up - and she guided me through the process straight from install. I'd like to be able to customise the app a little more - like making the pop-up wider and changing the styling of the buttons so they match my themes style - but Naomi has requested the dev team look at it so nothing seemed a challenge. And it's free! Highly recommend.

I really like that this app has everything I need. It's pretty easy to navigate and its easy to customize all of the different apps to my needs. I have been using the pop ups for sold products along with a spin and win rewards pop up program and I think its really helping with my sales.. customer service is quick and helpful, and the people are lovely to deal with.. if you want a one stop shop app for all of your upselling and marketing needs - this is the one.

I have installed this App for the first time today. At first I felt very overwhelmed but after a short while and after some fantastic and speedy support from the online chat with "Kate", I feel i have gotten to grips.
