She did not have to do this but she did. She was very attentive, diligent, kind, and professional. The experience I had with her assisting me was amazing. This app is great! I got stuck with verifying my domain name when trying to set up my email so I reached out to the live chat and Rissa responded to me immediately. She was super helpful, polite, patient and now I'm all set up and on my way to sending my clients some impactful emails.

ONE is a complete marketing app platform for Shopify and even other Ecommerce platforms. We just join ONE for 2 days and created some emails & popups for testing, simple and easy to use (especially the customer support is super, 24 hours all human, and very acknowledgeable), and will continue to experience other features. For now, it's all FREE, and hope the company will come up with a reasonable price plan so all SMBs can benefit.

The customer support is one of the best I have experienced so far with other apps on Shopify that we use. The app is also super easy to use and has a positive impact on our shop.

Naomi from customer support was fantastic. I asked for a custom request that I couldn't figure out during set-up - and she guided me through the process straight from install. I'd like to be able to customise the app a little more - like making the pop-up wider and changing the styling of the buttons so they match my themes style - but Naomi has requested the dev team look at it so nothing seemed a challenge. And it's free! Highly recommend.

Great customer support. Was happy to find that ONE offered live support during non traditional hours. The representative was knowledgeable and efficient in walking me thru steps to optimize a few existing campaigns. Appreciated the assistance!

The customer support for this app is excellent. They helped me alot with setting up and answered all my questions. Specifically, Fola in customer support was very patient and excellent in helping me get set up as a new online business.

I really like that this app has everything I need. It's pretty easy to navigate and its easy to customize all of the different apps to my needs. I have been using the pop ups for sold products along with a spin and win rewards pop up program and I think its really helping with my sales.. customer service is quick and helpful, and the people are lovely to deal with.. if you want a one stop shop app for all of your upselling and marketing needs - this is the one.

I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. I love this app so far and I have a good feeling I will be retaining more of my customers in the new year thanks to this app. Download it now!

The product is very good and comprehensive. You still have a good overview, because the menus support intuitive use. The support is very fast, friendly and so far all my questions have been answered to my complete satisfaction.
