So far I'm really satisfied with the app ONE. I've only done email automations, but the customer support for that was great already. Excited to see what else ONE can do.

Super easy to use app with plenty of beginner friendly UI to help you make the best pop-ups, emails, and spin to win minigames for your customers. Wow! After struggling with a lot of apps I finally found The One App. Every App needs some time to use it but this went really smooth with the One App. And what's really great is the support team which seems only 10 seconds aways to help you and assist you (Natelie thanks for the quick responses and the tips and tricks). I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

I am more than happy to have ONE app with me and my store. I need help, reached out to customer service, expecting they will reply to me in half of the day or at least a couple of hours, getting ready for the shower and they replied in only a couple minutes and fixed my issue right away! I loved that the app has all the functions I need ( specially upsell and email marketing ) and was even happier with the customer service, he didn't only fix the issue but he was also very friendly and explained what he is doing and what he fixed.
