I installed this app in order to create automated email for subscribers. It does the job with a lot of templates and easy process. Popup and coupon generaters are easy to use, I didn't expect that I'd use all of those functions this much. Customer support is awesome too, always provides an answer promptly with a lot of kindness.

Increible la atención al cliente que tienen en ONE, son rápidos, eficaces y super amables. La APP tiene muchas funcionalidades ya desarrolladas y muchas otras que estan en camino! Nosotros encesitamos una variante de una funcionalidad que ya existía pero no se adaptaba a nuestras necesades ¡y nos la programaron en ese mismo momento! Solo tengo que buenas palabras hacia ellos. Además el chat de soporte es multilingue y hay videollamadas de tutorial en español totalmente gratuitas que te ayudan a configurar la plataforma paso a paso. ¡Estoy encantada! ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Sóis un gran equipo!

I've used this app for 6+ months and recently added it to a 2nd store. I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish. Great chat! Great service!

I used this app initially to promote a specific product with a pop up discount code. I absolutely love how easy it was to set up, and tailor to my branding. Then got really excited when I realised I could target those customers with further info that would benefit them. I’m now exploring email marketing via the app and fully expect it to work just as seamlessly. Customer support is also fantastic!

The app is easy to use and not to mentioned how helpful their reps are. Shout to Rissa! She emailed me right away after I launched a campaign and gave me tips and pointers to improve my Pop-Ups. I am amazed at her prompt responses! I have Pop-ups up and running in under an hour!

This app is very useful I dowloaded it for only a popup you can choose from different themes and they also help you when you need help with something. They would even do it for you and the support team responds in under a minute.
