Wow! After struggling with a lot of apps I finally found The One App. Every App needs some time to use it but this went really smooth with the One App. And what's really great is the support team which seems only 10 seconds aways to help you and assist you (Natelie thanks for the quick responses and the tips and tricks). I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

I am more than happy to have ONE app with me and my store. I need help, reached out to customer service, expecting they will reply to me in half of the day or at least a couple of hours, getting ready for the shower and they replied in only a couple minutes and fixed my issue right away! I loved that the app has all the functions I need ( specially upsell and email marketing ) and was even happier with the customer service, he didn't only fix the issue but he was also very friendly and explained what he is doing and what he fixed.

I had a small issue I could not figure out (template not saving in email campaign). I hopped on the online support chat and got a response within minutes. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes, and everything has worked great since! Great app, and great customer service!

So happy to discover his app !!!! I wanted to create a 10% discount pop-up for 1st purchase and didn't know if I would be able to do it before launching my website. Sandy Lin was so great to help me ! I've never seen an app with such a professional service on zoom and involvement and kindness. Marketing tools is a complex area and they make it so effective that i think they'll really help me to grow my business like a friendly partner. It's like a dream cause its free too !!! I wish the best for the developers of this app.

So far so good! Set up was fairly easy. I had Naomi's help and she made setting up 100x easier! I love the pop-up so far!

There is a lot of features packed into this app already, and they are still upgrading it. From what I can see they are not just providing a service to us as a business. They've looked at the angle of what our customers want as well. When I messaged with a question I'm amazed at how fast I got a reply. The team working on it is great. Highly recommend.

This app is good, there are questions to ask customer service, customer service answers quickly, and real-time online bar should. There are many templates, and the design is very simple.

I just used this app to create a spin wheel promo. This app is super neat.. I was able to connect the DNS settings of my domain and get it verified in record time.. it took Shopify longer to verify the domain!! Also, this app is absolutely FREE!! I mean all these perks and nothing to lose? That in itself is a steal..!! And if that is not enough to sway you to try this, their customer support is top notch. Natalie was awesome and was there to help me every step of the way!! I cannot recommend this app enough! I will be trying other options as well. I wish y'all all the success, more than you can imagine! As a recommendation to the developers - Please create video tutorials of how to setup the campaigns (it will truly be a big help for marketing novices like me).
