The first impression is fantastic - I needed a pop-up type that wasn't available from the templates. Using the online chat supporter Fola created it in minutes. I am looking forward to getting the reactions from customers.

App wouldnt install on my store for some isolated reason but the customer support was fast and personalized (real people). They want to help you. I found alternatives for what I needed so this review is strictly for the customer support

Absolutely would recommend, setup was fast, easy and customizable, without having an overwhelming amount of options. As soon as I published, a real life human - Naomi- messages me with thoughtful feedback and suggestions I hadn't considered before. I felt cared for, human, and thankful for that quick bit of authentic connection. This is day 1 using their service, but I'm definitely impressed so far, especially since I'm on a free plan. I definitely intend to upgrade once I see how my new pop up performs, which I'll be able to using the metrics clearly laid out in the app! Thanks Naomi, I really don't write reviews unless I'm wowed, but I definitely have been already.

The customer support name Rosy Roberts is beyond amazing. I love every minute. She was able to explain everything in detail and much more. I got great advice from her. Thank you so much again I am new to this app and I need support till I learn all these tricks. Naomi from the support center walk me thru all this mess I created. Looks nice product. Still working on it because there are lots of features and need time for a well done setup. But I think after this product will be great. The support also fast and good. So this can cause if any trouble happen they can solve unique requests fast.

This app is so well organized and easy to use. We've been using it for over 6 months now and we've easily collected a lot of data for retargeting. The best part is that, unlike other integrations, it does not slow down the website thus maintaining the user experience. Would definitely recommend it.
