I never leave reviews because... well, I typically find customer support to be mediocre or a service won't exceed my expectations– but the customer service with Upsell alone has me writing a review. Samantha went above and beyond to show me how to fix a newsletter pop-up. I was having issues getting the pop-up to be a certain size. She went in and changed it herself then screen-recorded a video of what she did so I could play around with it myself if I wanted to make future changes. Thank you for having an outstanding support team!

I normally don't leave reviews but Rissa was worth the time! She was AMAZING, patient, understanding and EXTREMELY helpful!! I had so many questions and needed so much help! She remained nice, respectful and calm and we managed to get everything worked out! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!
