Love using it and the flexibility it provides. We've tried a few over the last few months and we have circled back to omnisend.

I like how this app makes it really easy to use the automated system. I would recommend to use this app because if you are a 1st time doing email campaigns then this is the one you need to select. The reason being it takes the constant thinking out of the problem.

Soooo much better than Mailchimp! I love their metrics and real-time updates of whose watching your store. Great product.

Have just started using Omnisend. So far very impressed with its great set of tools and how well it syncs with my Shopify Store. Besides an initial problem with the welcome email integration, which was quickly dealt with and resolved by support, I am very impressed, not just with the email marketing tools but also the insights available. This app is a 'Gamechanger' backed up with great customer service. Would highly recommend.

easy to use. it has some cool features that don't apply to email marketing only, for example, live view where you can see exactly which page are visitors looking at and in which order. really satisfied

Omnisend has been great so far. It's easy to build forms and emails that match my site, and they have worked flawlessly and integrated perfectly with Shopify. All on a free plan - awesome for a brand new small business!

I used the app to help me create a welcome email to my new subscribers and it is easy to use, with lots of tutorials. The omnisend team was really helpful too, an answered my questions immediately and solved the problem I was having.

This app is suuuuper easy to use! It is so much better than the default notifications that come with the site automatically. I am very pleased with the results Im getting, the integrations are easy, and the support is great. Someone is always available!

I'm using the free version for now as I am a new business and I really like the available templates. Overall they are pretty easy to use. I would recommend!

Looks great, feels great - We're instantly hooked on the simplicity. The fact that it's well integrated with Shopify is key for us.

So Far so good, wasn't too complicated to get going, just hit some hiccups when using my Shopify email database and had to clean the emails up myself, once this was done, we are loving the freedom in design compared to Shopify emails.

I have tried a few email marketing apps. I will not name any further, but Omnisend is truly one of the best apps. In any case on Email marketing, but also in general, the app is definitely number 1 in my top 3! Entrepreneurs who are just starting out I can recommend this app to you. I am actually not into writing the reviews only when I am really overwhelmed and I am. Every time I came up with a number of questions because I wanted something but thought they didn't have that function ... and guess what, YET! Customer service is also very responsive! I am a paid subscriber and just realised that discount codes are not being send to some customers in Welcome email :( I wrote to the support but gave me a very long procedure to resolve. Omnisend needs to work on this to ensure ALL the customers get automated discount codes. REVIEW UPDATE; This was not Omnisend's fault. Omnisend then got back to me and explained me the situation. The customer was subscribed before I joined Omnisend hence I faced this issue. So thanks to support team for giving proper explanation.

I use this app to automate all my notification emails, campaign emails and be able to communicate with my customers better. I am hoping they get an OOS auto notification set up soon so my customers can order as soon as stock comes in.
