I use this application which is very easy to use and their support is very responsive. I had a few problems which were fixed very quickly. I really recommend this app.

Recently decided to move away from another email service provider that did not have as much e-commerce power. Email marketing (marketing in general) is not my strongest skill, so I was intimidated about moving into something like Omnisend. They've made it SO easy so far. Really impressed with the resources that walked me through not only HOW to do something, but why you need to. Service has also be prompt after running into a few issues. Looking forward to a long partnership together.

Omnisend is a great app. Before I was using Mailchimp, but Omnisend offers me greater UI control when designing templates. Automation is much better, not to talk about the Automation. That is another galaxy. I'd recommend trying it out and than see what suits you best. Everything you need packed in one super app. That's Omni. Kudos!

Omnisend's video and written support is solid. Omnisend's responsiveness to questions has been excellent.

I had a minor issue integrating an inline signup form into my store template, and their response was quick and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Omnisend!

So far so good, the set up has been much easier compared to other email marketing platforms Ive used. The support is also great so just go for it!

Easy to set up welcome emails and email marketing, the 24/7 support is great & they get back to you really quickly which is great when you are trying to get something done!

We're just trying out Omnisend and we're just amazed at the support given to us for our Abandoned Cart automation flows whilst on the Free Trial. Not only the team tested our automation flows but provided us deep insight on how to improve those. This is really amazing. We're gonna stay with Omnisend.

Works well so far! The integration with Shopify is easy and I like how you can use pop up forms only on specific web pages.

I'm new to Shopify and Omnisend. I'm impressed with their amazing and prompt customer service. Easy to use interface and overall service.

I've been using Omnisend for a couple of months now and I honestly love it so far. Took a while to get used to the interface, but once I got the hang of it, it's a breeze. Also, another huge plus is their fantastic customer support. I can always get my questions answered in a very timely manner.

We've moved to Omnisend from other popular EDM service supplier and we're very happy with it — it is a very powerful tool yet simple, logical, and offers many integrations. The biggest selling point is the level of support you'll get from the Omnisend team. It feels like I'm having an extended marketing team advising me on best practices, how to maximise the return and making sure that we're squizing the best from email marketing. Well done, Omnisend!

I do not recommend they will try to charger extra after not even sending one email to subscribers. Not worth it. UPDATE: I did clean my email list. I had to pay for that service as well. After that y'all want to charge extra for new emails.

Great app to automate your email marketing. Needed help with something and help was quick to respond to resovle the issue.

Had some trouble with some of the functions and got help from them almost immediately! Awesome support!

Loved the sales pitch. Very nice + clean interface. However, UX is not very user friendly. It just takes so many more clicks to get what you want. Also, email block settings differ from one template to another so it's difficult to apply "saved" blocks. It looks like each template/automation was coded separately, so there's no uniformity. It also doesn't allow you to create multi-touchpoint emails, so you can't create follow up emails smoothly within one campaign. Everyone raves about CS, that's why I chose Omnisend over Klaviyo, but I have yet to get a good experience. Onboarding so far has not been pleasant. They promised that someone would help us set up our account, but I have done 95% of the work.

Outstanding App in every way - very straightforward to use, effective and efficient. Highest recoomendation!!!
