I recently switched to Omnisend - this is a powerful tool and the support team is extremely helpful (even when starting with a free account). I had some more advanced segmentation to create and the support agent Sarah stayed with me offering suggestions and checking my work to ensure it was set up right. This tool can do far more than most of the CMS/Email Marketing apps on Shopify. If they keep up this level of service and great functionality, they'll own the market in no time!

Love omnisend- I thought I just wanted an app for email marketing but I've started trying some other features with great success. So easy to use and support is great. Couldn't figure out how to set up a 'sign up' form this morning and support stayed and talked me through it right away.

We love Omnisend. There were so many options to choose from and omnisend seemed to meet our needs perfectly. We are a small coffee roaster that rather be roasting than sending countless emails and subscriber notices. This tool changed how we reach our customers. Our first campaign brought in a 65% conversion to sale. Still learning how to use Omnisend to it's fullest capacity, but right now we love it!

Great app and fantastic customer service! We had to send a update about Covid measures in our clinics, which triggered an error in the Omnisend system (they have a list of trigger words in their system to adhere to certain email system standards). Anyway, I contacted support and they reviewed my recent campaign and reverted my account to the normal state. Thank you so much again Omnisend for the speedy help!

My account was stopped because of too many bounced letters, and then I found their customer service staff, the service was very good and timely, and helped me solve the problem quickly

I have tried every email marketing and pop-up app out there, including one, klaviyo, and many others. This is the only app that is both almost perfect and inexpensive. The only downside to this product is the email and pop-up templates variety, but these may be customized to our liking. I would definitely recommend this application over others because it has a lot of features that other apps don't, even at a higher price.

Absolutely love Omnisend! After trying many other apps like it I finally found something that suited everything I needed for my business. I would highly recommend it to those looking for a all in one solution with email automation (including order confirmation)

By far, the single worst company we have dealt with in terms of customer support and overall service in the last 2 years since launching our Shopify site. This box doesn't provide enough space to list the catalogue of bugs, errors, sorry excuses, terrible customer service experiences or indeed the list of individual times (more than 100) in the last few months that we have had to contact support to do basic things such as create segments or send out simple SMS messages. Worst purchase of the year, hands down. We have since had contact from the management of Omnisend and our satisfied the above matters have now been resolved. Thank you.

I am using this app to do my email marketing for my store. I think that it is pretty powerful but there is a lot to learn. I had some issues with integration that finally got resolved. It did take a bit of back and forth to get the correct work around. Glad it finally got resolved. Thanks

So far I am having fun with this app. It seems to so everything I am looking for. Really love the Academy. The instructions are easy to follow. Only recommendation is update the the video images to match the new design as some of the links looks different.

Best support! Very fast, and cheaper than Klaviyo! Lots of features too. Mostly 5 stars because support can always fix your issues!

This is the third email app I have tried, I'm not a technical person and was getting frustrated until I download this... so far it's way better than the others. Putting together my first automated campaign was a breeze and it worked great with my existing contact form. When I had a question, Ivanna from customer service got back to me right away and was super helpful.

Very easy to create email campaigns !! First time user with a small business. Easy to use layouts and editors

I have just started using this app in connection with shopify and was amazed about how easy it was to create our first email marketing campaign. We'll see how it performs from now on, but we started on the right foot.

It works well for me but it gets extremely expensive now. I nearly can't afford it. I am planning to change to another app.

I'm just getting started and am finding the people at Omnisend to be very helpful. The program is good to work with

J' ai configuré, enregistré mon premier mail en français. A la réception de mon mail test qui est arrivé dans les spams, celui-ci est un mélange anglais/français. Dommage car simple d' utilisation.

I just recently started using this app thats why I give it 4 stars, but so far has been easy to use and understand. Very useful!

Cannot even get their own Reactivation Automated Reactivation Campaigns going. Two months and still not anywhere nearer getting this resolved....I cannot really recommend them and would actually move to Klaviyo. PLUS they themselves don't know how their system works AND even worse, they overcharge you so watch your bills!!! PS: And to answer to their reply - AFTER several months and continuous pushing they made it finally work. It is NOT beginner friendly, not logical at all and if you have one tag wrong the whole campaign isn't working. So thanks for your very useless reply to my review. totally appreciate you have wasted hours of my life I could have happily invested into something else more productive.

Not beginner friendly AT ALL! I couldn't access the full visual of what I was editing. It's not clearly simple to send to one subscriber as oppose to ALL subscribers.
