The whole Omnisend Team has been fantastic. We were up and running immediately and they helped us walk through all our existing workflows to make sure they were set up correctly. Now with ongoing support, we're working on augmenting our existing emails and creating new workflows. It's been a great switch for us!

Quick and good support ! The soluce was found in less than half day. We use this apps for several websites.

Excellent integration with Shopify and good functionality available for the price. We have been happy with Omnisend so far and look forward to working with them going forwards. For improvement, we hope they are able to improve and develop their new editor. Currently we are using their old version as the new one is lacking some functionality. I have been told their development teams are working on this as a priority so hopefully this will be completed soon.

I'm 68 years old with no formal computer science teaching. If I can do it, anyone can. The reviews don't lie. This is my second day. Yesterday I sent out 46 emails and got a $146 sale. Today I uploaded 50 contacts from Etsy, segmented them out and sent out an email. They aren't as current, so it will be interesting to see what happens. I had to test it on my husband's email, because I use Gab dissenter and it blocks ads. Worked great.

I can recommend Omnisend to anyone wondering which CRM to choose; this software is very functional and easy to use. Additionally, Omnisend support is always ready to help 24/7, which is very important to run your business efficiently. They are friendly, knowledgeable and will never leave you with an unsolved problem.

I love Omnisend. I find it very user friendly (knowing of course there is always a learning curve when you try something new though)...and their customer service is amazing. I have two companies and have used Omni for my main one for a while now....my developer for my other one tried to get me to use Mailchimp ....it was awful in comparison and I quickly switched. I much prefer Omnisend and highly recommend it.

I really loved to use this App, it is very user friendly, very oriented to make our life easier avoiding the struggle understating the tools (Love the User Interface and User experience), very straight forward without spending so much time trying to understand all the logic behind, something to help you do it quick and effective without losing half of your day! We have worked with Omnisend since we started our online store. In an effort for continuous improvement, I was shopping around to see what the competitors offered and still found that Omnisend was *probably* the best choice. However, I had a few questions and reached out to support and DARYNA was outstanding. She answered quickly and with the exact information that I was looking for. I have not had an experience this great with any other customer service rep in a long time, if ever! Absolutely recommend!

OmniSend has been a good program. The editor was initially not as good as others I have used, but the have made it better over the 2 years we have used it. I am very happy with the app. The automations are terrific.

This app integrates really well with my Shopify and has been perfect to manage my store automation emails and campaign emails. When I have needed anything the support is quick and always really good.
