Having used a cheaper, albeit prettier, email marketing system, I am now an Omnisend convert. Nothing compares to Omnisend functionality, and when you use it to its full potential, it really does pay for itself and more. I had a query on segmenting my audience based on the radio buttons checked on a form and they were very quick to respond and solved my issue. Take your time getting your templates right, so new campaigns are quick and easy to send out, and i really love the Split function on workflows!

Love Omnisend, it's made it very easy to build beautiful email and follow up with my customers and generate repeat revenue with a high ROI. Kamilla from their support staff was very helpful in helping me analyze and improve my processes

This app made it extremely easy to send my first email campaign! The templates and fun designs were an added bonus.

Really good app, I have been using it for one year and I can definitely say it is way better than Mailchimp. Many options to choose from and very good, detailed insights. The only thing it could be improved is the customer service though. At times you have to wait long before an agent takes on the conversation. I had to also explain my issue several times when agents switched as their shift was over and it is pretty frustrating when you need your problem to be solved as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, I recommend this app.

I used this app to help with my email marketing and I am impressed. For a first-time user I was able to find my way around (also the pop up tutorials helped) and just like that I completed my first email marketing campaign. I would recommend it to anyone and would have given all 5 stars but I haven't used the other functions.

Email marketing can be confusing with rules and automation and I had a hard time understanding the flow. However, Sarah had made a tremendous effort in making sure everything was smooth sailing and had walked us through a step by step process to make sure we had achieved the goal that we wanted. Huge shoutout to Sarah of Omnisend. Keep it up!

I had to make a switch when Shopify & MailChimp got into a ridiculous argument over data privacy. That's when I discovered Omnisend: worth every single penny! Haven't had any issues, it's very user-friendly and their support has always been very quick and effective. I'd definitely recommend it.

I am a current user of mailchimp, but probably not anymore, after discovering Omnisend! I have used also other tools that does the same work, but I truly impressed by Omnisend features and how it is smoothly integrated with Shopify!! I am getting the same ease of use when it comes to create campaigns, AB tests, along with other premium features.. all of this with a much reasonable pricing than other services on Shopify or outside Shopify.. I started using the app, imported all accounts in one place, so far so good, and highly recommend!

'Frustrated Ecom Store Owner'- I was initially very impressed by the ease of use and intuitiveness of the platform. However there were issues with the pre-set templates meaning that customers would register/subscribe and there would be a delay of 5 hours+ before a welcome email was sent. After a few emails back and forth Omnisend said they had ' discovered a bug and were working to fix it'. 4 Days later and no response back from CS despite chasing. I have been left with no option but to switch to another platform. Like anything, a good platform is only as good as the support behind it...

Honestly, I have just experienced the best customer service ever! Kristina is a ROCKSTAR. She went above and beyond to help us fix an email domain issue. She was there with us step by step, communicating clearly all the way. Now I love Omnisend even more. Thank you for your amazing product and SERVICE.

We've looked through a number of automation platforms and found Omnisend to be the perfect fit for us because of its segmentation and automation features and its reasonable pricing. Josh has been a great help with the introduction and onboarding as well.

Looks great, easy to navigate - had automations, forms and emails up and running in a day. Josh was excellent at explaining everything clearly - really impressed!

Im using omnisend for my Blenderfy official website. And im really impressed by all the features they offer in the basic plan. Since im a starting webshop company its perfect to start with. And their support is not only amazing and quick, but one of the best support i've ever had! These things made me write this review to say im a satisfied customer. Their responsiveness is insane. :-)

It's a great marketing and re-marketing tool with some really good marketing automation campaigns. Plus support was 5* when I had an issue with a form, was fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Omnisend

I can see why they only have 4.6. There are so many reasons for that. Their app really sucks at the features and service!!!!!! First, they did not connect the store to my primary domain, so all the URLs in automation emails ARE WRONG, and no way to change that unless to create a new account, which means I will lose all the campaign data. Now they blamed updating the primary domain in Shopify without telling them, which we did not do Second, they allow you to AB test the content, subject line, but not the sending time, and the report of the AB test is useless, and nothing helps you. Last, there are so many bugs in their system, most importantly, the support team is very unprofessional, slow reply and will ask us to wait 24- 48 hours for developers to fix it and it will take days to fix one small issue. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! ------------Jan 4th, 2022 Update The data of campaigns on the downloaded file is NOT the same as the one in the report dashboard. DO NOT TRUST THEM ------------Jan 10th, 2022 Update The support team still has not fixed their BUG, and no one gets back to me in live chat or email!!!! Be responsible for your business since you charge us for your service!!! ------------Jan 17th, 2022 Update The support team said that they will check the URL issue with their developers and get back to me with the ETA but no message or any emails for 3 days. One URL bug, they are fixing it over 3 weeks still not gotten it resolved. I emailed Emily, stated that she is the customer support Tier 1 Team Lead at Omnisend, but no response at all. All they are doing right now is keep ignoring my issue. ------------Jan 20th, 2022 Update Finally, their "Tech team" have the time to fix my URL issue of automation after 4 weeks I reported this. They noticed me it was working now, so I did the tests as they requested again and again. After 4 hours, everything is STILL WRONG. Completely wasted my time. Again, do not TRUST this APP.

Jan 2022 - I'm updating this review as I've just moved from the free version to the paid app as the conversion rates are definitely showing an ROI. Customer contact has definitely increased, Customer retention is up, Abandoned checkout recovery rate has doubled. Definitely a worthwhile app. Dec 2021 - I'm brand new to this app but it couldn't be easier to get set-up and running. When I did get stuck, Omnisend's chat support helped me fix my problem right away. Templates are great and I'm hoping this will increase customer engagement, Very happy so far! Char, DR Mower Parts

I'm yet to use Omnisend, however I have been really impressed with the customer service and onboarding process so far. Marty and Katrina have been excellent in supporting our transition from Mailchimp and I look forward to working with Omnisend going forward.
