Omnisend is easy to use, and a vital part of our business. There might be cheaper options out there, but the functionality and automation of Omnisend is second to none. They also have a great support team. Thanks to Daryna for helping resolve a recent issue.

Absolutely fantastic support with this app. definitely a credit to my store. Needed some help getting things set up right and the support team were so easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.

Always a great support from Daryna and other team members. Great integration with Shopify, convenient segmentation. Automations and campaigns work exactly as promised. Would like more flexibility in embedding signup forms - that's in my opinion biggest disadvantage. Hope Omnisend will add this functionality as they have added many new features since we using them for 2 years. Otherwise nice app satisfying all major needs you expect from email software.

Great support. Plenty of detailed how-to tutorials on their site if you're unsure on how to do something, plus anything that isn't covered is quickly answered by their support team through the online chat. Integration with Shopify work's seamlessly. Cost of the plan isn't the cheapest out there, but pays for itself and then some.

i would like to send the emails with the names of the users, Also I have several emails from my business, could you please add the option to send the emails from different emails!... thanks!

I wish we can give 0 stars here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the best app to waste money. They promise Unli email on the pro plan, but it's really capped. The customer rep doesn't even know what their job is. They promise 24/7 support but it's really only Monday to Friday. 7 days before your billing you won't be able to send an email campaign unless you pay an extra 50 USD. They're also be charging you more than what you can send. THIS IS A SCAM APP.

I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I chose it because it was a more cost-effective option than Klayvio and because it integrates so well with Shopify. It makes it easy for me to maintain a consistent email marketing program, and deliverability has been excellent. Recently, I reached out to customer service to help me create a sunset sequence to clean my list of unengaged followers. It's unfortunate that a sunset workflow isn't already built in to the app, and I'll be honest - my first few attempts to get help from customer service were not great. But I persisted in asking questions and finally an agent named Kristina reached out to me and not only helped outline the workflow for me to copy, but created a Loom video to show me exactly how to do it. Now that's the meaning of customer service.

Omnisend is the best email marketing + pop-up creator in the Shopify App Store. It has much more editing/customization features than most.

I was somehow locked out of my account and was need of SUPER support. Melanie and the Omnisend team quickly addressed my issue and communicated with me through out the process.

Everything is working as excepted thus far. I had problems with my sender domain but Bassma, Nada, and the team made sure I wasn't left alone. Great customer support.

Very frustrated with customer support since day 0, and I'm now working with you for 3 months. But always when having a Bug your support blame that I'm wrong and make me fell like a newbie, then I lost days trying to follow their hundred instructions that always end by discovering that indeed were a Bug. Look you need to segment tech-savvy from non savvy clients. Otherwise you gonna piss your clients every day. I'm deep frustrated for the third time in 3 months.

Great email marketing software, easy to use, has lots of premade templates for your email designs and campaigns. Their builder is pretty easy to use too.

Omnisend support team is AMAZING! It's like you have some of their people working on your project. Last night a had a chat communication with Kristina and she provided so much energy and willingness to make our idea realise that we're amazed. Thank you !

The app does what it should do, and does it well! Sometimes things might be a bit difficult to figure out, but their support is second to none. Especially Bassma, who has been such a great support and real life saver at times for me! Nothing is a problem and she's always ready to help with smile. Absolutely recommend!

11 Months of Omnisend (lol... I like to use apps for a long time before giving a review) - I tried Omnisend 3 years ago, then I left and then came back and still here after 11 months. To be honest, I was a bit annoyed when the price went up from $16US to $20US (quite a lot for Australian $). So I started looking elsewhere and then to my surprise I really began to APPRECIATE all that Omnisend provided even with the high cost. So here are my reasons for staying and my appreciation for this OUTSTANDING email marketing & pop up etc. As a small business owner, I value feedback and reviews and therefore, I like to give one where one is due. 1. Easy to navigate Dashboard with detailed campaigns, automation, forms, audience set up and amazing reporting (e.g. overview & activity) 2. I found support staff to be helpful and prompt to respond 3. Creative & easy to use templates for campaigns and automations 4. BE SURE to set up (FREE) and verify your DNS for SPF & DKIM so your campaigns and automations shows your business name. This really helps with deliverability. Shopify helped me with this bit but Omnisend have tips for set up for specific domains. 5. Delete unnecessary/ non subscribers in your list for effective delivery. Hope you find this helpful as I know how frustrating it is to find apps that really works, especially for a small business. PS - Omnisend , please add the SMS options for Australia.
