I've been with Omnisend for the past 5 years while everyone else was gushing over Klaviyo. We tried Klaviyo, and the email builder was so clunky and not intuitive at all, and the customer service was just decent. I have always resonated so much with Omnisend's interface and how intuitive it was, from the email builder and automation flows, managing multiple accounts, and more. I could tell they were going to be BIG one day. Even till today, their support has been incredible and personal. Couldn't recommend them more as a powerful email / sms / push notification platform.

The app is easy to use, Also Kristina from Omnisend was such great help, in less than 2 hours my issue was resolved!! Highly recommended

One thing I have to say about this app is that they have great customer support! Being new to setting up auto emails Diego was sooo responsive (even on a Saturday night) with any problems questions that I had and then was VERY impressive with follow ups! Even if an app is great if you cant get in touch with customer service than it can be a frustrating experience...especially for small biz owners like us who wear so many hats and have little time!

Omnisend is a great app for email marketing. Easy and intuitive to use, it offers all the functuionalities we need. Customer service is available 24/7 and always helpful.

This is a good app, it is fairly easy to understand if you spend some time watching the videos and the app is fairly intuitive. The only objection I have is that the email does not come directly from my business, instead the customer will see our business name + the omnisenddiv.com and gmail categorizes at as "spoofed email."

Great app, great options for different automations.. honestly, much better solutions what shopify offers itself. Generated nice additional revenue since we installed it two month ago. Support also for multi language emails and automations, auto segment creations, auto tagging.. u name it they got it. Recommend!

OMG!!! I AM IN LOVE!! Such a great APP! just created my first campaign and hopefully Start getting sales!!! Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!! They responded right away!!

This is the worst email program Ive ever used. Many solid features, just like most email programs, yet horrible customer service and just an all around bad experience trying to get this system to work with my store. Then on top of it, they raise the price and charge me double just to rub it in. If I could leave a negative star review, I would and I would suggest you do what I do, and find a cheaper, easier alternative where the support actually helps you and then that the price stays where it was when you bought it, not double.

I use Omnisend a lot for our marketing. The functionality allows us to be innovative with our customers; existing and new. Sometimes, we run into difficulties integrating promotions. The support from Omnisend is by far the best on Shopify. They are quicker than any other app (including Shopify), they are accurate and they don't give up until you are happy. We would find it very difficult to operate without them. Thank you.

used to be fine but now i have to go to another app! they charge you based on how many subscribers but then only let you send emails to less than half of that. unbelievable! i have over 53k subscribers and can only send 20k max subscribers a day??? this new "safe send" program they just launched, just turned me all the way off. especially while paying for 53k ($444) but can only send 20k? SCAM!

I stumbled upon a few issue to set up the form and also certain technical issue that cause the form to look off, but upon the writing in to the support, they walked me through on the setup and when I had issue with the formatting, the support team, in this case the Bassma, has been very supportive in resolving the issue. Happy to be their customer knowing the support there to help resolving all the issues.

The application has been very helpful since I have been using it. The emails and forms are very appealing to the eye. I will say that I'm not very technically inclined so the maneuvering of the different functions are not so easy for me. However, the customer service has been exceptional. I say this because I noticed my email was captured incorrectly, but did not know how to correct it. Diego from customer service reached out to me as he noticed it was incorrect as well. Then he had someone reach out to me who could fix the problem. This was pleasantly surprising to me and solidified my confidence in the app. I highly recommend using this Omnisend, especially if you may need help along the way.

The platform is a bit complex due to the millions of functionalities, so its handy that they have the best support ever over chat and email. They have a new design builder that is so much better than the previous, now the emails look fresh and it's easier to use.

I am Japanese and my English is not good. I understood that it is an attractive application, but I had a very hard time setting it up. However, "Kristina", the support person, was very kind and taught me one by one! As a result, I was able to implement the Automation I wanted to set up. Thank you very much!

The issue is changing the customer account data with no way to track the changes. This is basic. Zero stars! I added this app to test it to see if it would work for my shop. Uninstalled without incident. While I'm looking thru my customers, I see a little note "Omnisend added phone number XXXXX to this customer yesterday" There's no tag, no note, no message from Omnisend app that they're altering my customer's data. Why?

Spent some time looking around the app, then took the free version. This is a powerful app not only for its functionality like automations and forms, but the analytics are fantastic. Like my marketing manager says, all we have to do is think what we want and there is a way to create it in OmniSend along with the analytics. The customer and tech support has been timely and helpful, which is very appreciated. Needless to say, we stepped up and are subscribing. If you want fast and engaged support for a powerful e-commerce multi-channel marketing app WITH great analytics, get this is app NOW.

Love this app.. coming from square space I wish integrating my email list was easier but that’s the only downfall

I just switched over to this app and so far, I am so very pleased. First, it is super easy to use. I set up several automations very easily and just completed my first campaign. I am also impressed with the dashboard that tells me who has visited and where they landed. I am looking forward to exploring Omnisend more and jut know it will increase my revenue.

The free tier is sooo useful for small biz owners, it packs a punch that will make a difference in the number of return customers!
