We found it very easy to use Omnisend - mainly for email campaigns, automated marketing, and retention solutions. This app helped us increase sales and further established our website to where it is now. A small and simple addition to any website for big results. We highly recommend it!

The customer service sucks! They kept changing people to communicate with me, requiring me to repeat the problem every time. But no one could follow up the issue further. There miss some data of my contacts! They told me delete all the contacts on Omnisend, then it would sync back from shopify again. But NO!! It didn't. I try to get the support three times, finally, they sync back the contact list from shopify. But all contacts have no historical order records. Until now, there is no technician to solve my problem. The customer service just kept asking me to repeat my question.

Super easy to use! Have the app linked to all my stores. Extremely satisfied with it! Has everything I'm looking for.

The setup of Omnisend was very easy and I am not a techy person. I had some trouble testing the Double Opt In feature so I reached out to Omnisend support. Kristina was quick to respond and so helpful. She tested end to end and sent screenshot confirmation that the feature was working. Each email exchange was very quick with very little wait time and Kristina was so plesant and professional.

So far, so good! I just sent my first campaign and setting up the segments was sooo much easier using Omnisend than when I attempted it without it. I have tried to categorize my site visitors, customers, subscribers before and it was just too confusing. But I was able to accomplish the task so much faster with this app.

My website has been struggling for 5 years. Since I started using Omnisend for welcome discounts and abandoned cart emails my sales has increased. It is so easy to have professional looking marketing tools. If I can do it, anyone can.

This app makes email marketing as much of a breeze as it can be with seamless integration to shopify, and is constantly allowing us to think of new ways to reach and best support our customers. Not to mention the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful, Yuliia recently helped us resolve some issues with our domain and had it fixed in no time.

I always liked omnisend due to the easy interface, but their prices have gone up and the analytics are lacking compared to other platforms. However, their customer service is faaaar superior than their biggest competitors and it's very very hard to leave a service that is so willing to help you with the smallest issues.

We made the switch to Omnisend for its transparent pricing, ease of use, and Shopify integration. Omnisend's team is top notch - Danielle checks in with my satisfaction often, answers all questions, and gives meaningful suggestions. Their team is constantly innovating and adding more features to support our growth.

I use this app to send all marketing emails from our store. The automations and workflows are exactly what we were looking for and provide the service we needed to level up our brand. Customer retention and re-engagement has increased since we started using Omnisend. It took us a while to create all of the emails in our workflows but now that is done, we never have to do it again and our customers get regular, friendly emails from us without any effort on our end. What prompted this review is today I had to ask some support questions and opened the web chat, I spoke to Bassma who was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and with the exact answers I was hoping for. I was so pleased with the service that I thought that deserved a review!

Quick and easy to import email contacts and set up first campaign. I just wish there were more pre-defined templates. All-in-all a simple step by step process.

We've been using Omnisend for 2 years now. They are very responsive and the platform is great. Integrates very well with Shopify too. I recommend!
