Omnisend is a great little ESP for Shopify. Omnisend consistently upgrades their user experiences and provides timely support.

it's hard to use for beginners, But the support & help is really amazing, Maybe if they can work on their ux, it will be amazing.

It is really user-friendly and has a lot to offer. Without a doubt, it will help your business grow.

New to omnisend but the customer support has made this process a breeze. Diego was exceptional and super insightful. He literally assisted me via chat for almost 2hours and with extreme patience.

This app has been a great one for all the email marketing that needs to be done for our business. It is easy to us and definitely automates so many features which you wont find anywhere else.

I am so elated with email platform. Tears came from my eyes with how great these people deal with such small business owners like me. The customer service is amazing. I had issues with my email header and Luiz at Omnisend was so patient with me. I was able to get things together for my campaign before Black Friday. I definitely recommend this app to everyone who needs less stress and more focus on running their business.

You can't choose the exact amout of credit you want for SMS you have to take their packages (which in my case was much more then needed), now if you haven't use the credits left after 2 months they're STEALING your money and credit you're back to 0$ even tho you didn't uses the credit that you paid for!

Came here from Mailchimp. Like that it has native integration with Shopify. Also did not like that M******* censors and deactivates accounts without notice. Omnisend has similar pricing, but a few more/better features. Automation creation is clean and straightforward. Audience management is nice, and campaign creation is fun in Omnisend. Very happy so far. Customer service is excellent—prompt replies, good attitude, and good knowledge of the system. Good help from Luiz, Kamilia and Tiana recently.

App is very easy to use which is necessary for a tech challenged person like me. Customer service is always very helpful in answering my questions when I can't figure something out. I'm glad I chose this email provider!

He usado esta app desde hace un par de meses, antes trabajaba con Klaviyo, sin embargo, no hay nada que envidiar. Es muy útil y fácil de manejar. Lo que más destaco, es el maravilloso servicio al cliente que tienen. Está solo en inglés pero nada que no puedas solucionar con el traductor, además es muy fácil crear flujos y campañas con la aplicación, que es para lo que más la utilizo. Mi tienda es www.ekiz.cl
