Works great, much better than mailchimp. Pricing and features set them above anyone else. On top of that thier customer support is top notch, Kayque was super helpful helping me with a DNS update issue.

It's a great app for recovering abandoned carts. Easy to set up workflows. Value for money.

That has to be the best support ive ever seen! The App itself works amazingly well. Its easy to use and has a LOT of Features. Worth every penny in my opinion. But boy... that support is DE_LICIOUS! Friendly and fast and always helpful! 12/10!

I would not have been able to fix my issue without Sanya. She quickly assessed the issue and provided me with very clear steps on how to fix. We were done in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service from Sanya, she was wonderful to work with.

I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. I am using Omnisend since around 4 months now and I can only highly recommend it. I find the user interface very friendly and intuitive. Very important for me is a complete and up-to-date documentation, which is also easily searchable - these are all qualities of the excellent knowledge base / help center of Omnisend. I find the pricing absolutely fair for the value Omnisend provides. I had to contact support only 1 time so far and they were very fast to answer and extremely helpful, providing a solution to the issue very fast. Definitely recommend. We have been using Omnisend for almost 3 years and love it. They have continued to make improvements and their support is quick, helpful and human rather than bot. Most recently Maria helped us work through an issue.

This used to be one of my favorite email apps - until they stopped providing customer service that's not an AI bot.
