I LOVE this app. I am new to this world and this app is so user friendly and the support team is always available, very helpful and kind. I am excited grow my business with Omnisend!

I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly. I am truly impressed with the level of support Omnisend provided, especially considering the timing. Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers. I give it 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!

Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.

Great assistance from Maria via the online chat. She answered my question and directed me to an online article where I could learn more the Product Picker Tools. Happy with the online chat service.

I recently downloaded this app for my Shopify website Email Marketing. I have been requesting a demo of the app with no response. I sent several emails asking for help setting up the app no response. I am now thinking of deleting the app and finding an email marketing app with better access to support. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know thanks.

awesome and quick help, Didem was very competent and helpful. I looked for a solution for long time which he solved in one mail. Great service!

Kayque has been very helpful, im not very savvy when it comes to online marketing and the back end of my website, but he was able to assist me step by step to get what I needed done.

Easy-to-use, Didem from support was so helpful in helping us troubleshoot Domain Authentication issues.

I recently contacted the Omnisend support team and was thoroughly impressed. They responded quickly, understood my issue right away and provided clear, effective guidance. The team was not only knowledgeable but also patient. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

I've been with Omnisend for a few years now. Honestly, the support has gone downhill. Kayque, Mathías, and Dilara are horrible and unable to help with a simple request. And the price for the Omnisend subscription increases significantly with every contact added to my store. I don't recommend Omnisend for small business.

I’m still in learning mode but this app has been so much easier to use than the others. I definitely would recommend these guys for your email and sms marketing. Thank you!

Dilara is very good.Very professional

The app provides excellent support for our marketing campaigns and we generate important additional sales as a result. Setting it up was very easy. We were also able to count on Johnny's fast and competent support when it came to changing our store. Thanks for the great help and we recommend the app to everyone else.

Omnisend has everything a small business needs to success at email marketing as well as great customer service. Any time i have had a problem, they have been there.

STAY CLEAR - I would say stay away from this company if you would like customer support. They don’t provide anything but empty promises and ongoing stress. The only lady that has been helpful was the one that set it up but apart from that it’s terrible. They charge you for a subscription you can’t even access and when you ask for a refund they say well it’s because there was still emails getting sent out you still have to pay. ( what a joke because I couldn’t even get access to the account ) went to my bank and forced the refund on Omnisend as it wasn’t suppling the full goods or service I was paying for. And now the stupid company won’t disconnect from my website and keep sending me emails saying I need to pay money for sms credits but they confirm my account has been cancelled and closed off? But no it hasn’t as if I go on my website the automations are still running, but now I’m not paying so what a nightmare. Sort your workflow and customer accounts out as I don’t want to be associated with omnisend anymore. Remove my details and unlink from my website. Enough is enough!!!
