Omnisend makes things so easy. Setting up email and SMS was super simple, and I like how clean the dashboard is. The automation flows save me time, and I’ve seen way better results since switching. I was running into some issues with Shopify Email and found many recommendations to give Omnisend a try. The interface is easy to use and creating campaigns is very straightforward. I had some initial issues with domain verification due to conflicting SPF records but Maria from Omnisend’s support team explained what I had missed in short order and the client was up and running quickly. Very impressed so far. Thank you for the fantastic feedback!
