"In four months, the monthly fee increased from 20 USD to 100 USD. Why are the charges getting higher and higher? No detailed fee breakdown has been provided, nor has any explanation been given as to why the charges keep increasing.

I contacted Didem today and i was really pleased. She answered all my questions with an extremely professional, patient and solution-oriented approach. She helped me solve the problem i was experiencing quickly and managed the process very politely. I am very lucky to have met such a customer representative, thank you!

The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. We are very pleased with the metrics from our emails and the signup from variety that can be added to the website. Omnisend has been a great choice.

Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future. It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things. One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time. I've used Omnisend previously, I deleted and used another app, however I am back!! Omnisend provided the BEST results for signups! I LOVE IT!! It's super easy to use and can't imagine leaving again!

I was having an issue with verifying my DNS, so I contacted them by simply replying to one of their emails and Kayque quickly responded and assisted me with solving my issue. I was able to get everything up and running smoothly with no issues. I have been using omnisend for almost 4 years now and I love this company. Customer service is top tier, pricing is good and I am a satisfied client.

Amazing app! Everything just works perfectly, you get access to all features on the Free Plan (<500 emails sent/month), not like many apps there that are technically free but you need to upgrade to be able to do the simplest thing. Customer support is amazing, they reply within 5-10min and their support is 5/5. Will definitely upgrade to the Paid plan once I reach the Free Plan limits. I highly recommend this app for all email marketing things
