I used this app to migrate from Mailchimp. So far so good. Hopefully it can be more dynamic in terms of functionality and marketing. The goal is to replace other apps as well!

I love this app, so glad i found it! The free trail period is brilliant too!!! Thought i would be stuck after mailchimp has gone.

This app is pretty user friendly and hands-on. Looking forward to keep on learning everyday new things.

I used this for my email marketing for my store. Everything was easy to navigate and what I did not understand a rep was super helpful in the chat feature. Everything is laid out so nicely to understand. I like how it breaks everything down. This is actually better than MailChimp in my opinion.

After doing a bunch of research and trying several services. We recently switched our newsletter service to Omnisend. I have to say, I was bummed to leave mailchimp, but I'm now kind of obsessed (haha) with omnisend. Their interface is clean and intuitive and makes it super easy to implement the basic things we needed to have in place. So far I'm loving it + 100% recommend.

I was able to create a Mother's Day email campaign (my first one), from start to finish, in less than 1 hour. Very intuitive process.

I just created my first campaign and Omnisend made it very easy to do while also providing me with so many customizations options to make it my own. I am really enjoying this app and so far would highly recommend it!

I was so worried hearing that we were losing MailChimp on Shopify! But transferring to this app has not only been super easy but is SO much more user-friendly & has a FREE option. Trying this app out as an alternative to Mailchimp. I like the ease of design with templates. I do wish that GIFs were included in the photo gallery. Other than that, I am sold.

The support is amazing! Changed from Mailchimp to Omnisend and never regretted abit! Even though it's pricier but it's really worth the money!

Omnisend email is way easier to use in my opinion than Mailchimp. Ill be using it for all my emails

Talk about fortuitous! Without the Mailchimp/Shopify separation, I would never have found Omnisend. I absolutely love it, it's professional and there are so many options in all areas for my business. I've found clear, concise answers to questions I have had, making the creation process so much faster and smoother. I don't have to root around on Google taking up more time when I could be being productive. Thank you Omnisend!

I just downloaded this app and it couldn't be easier to use right out of the box. Campaigns were extremely user friendly to create, and the automation's were all but finished when using the templates. Super easy to use and well done templates.

So far so good. free user at the moment but will be upgrading in a few weeks. easy to use and create emails

Best email app I've ever used. Switched from Mailchimp. Was easy to create and looks beautiful and professional. I hope I can figure out flows now. They have great customer support.

Doesnt have standard features such as sending a file via attachment, when i ask to cancel having only signed up less than 24 hours before i was informed im not entitled to a refund as i had already sent an email out to my subscribers. I sent it out to test the email set up after what i thought i was on a trial period i feel i was conned into then having to pay a monthly fee to trial it. NOT HAPPY, tried to reason with customer support, no reasoning at all, its clear that 24hours this email marketing app is not what i need and it was not clear, so you would think they would use common decency and refund me. which they have refused to do.

I just switched from MailChimp. It was easy to do the switch and I sent out my first email. I hope it is all this easy! So far so good.
