Updating my review: It's really hurting my abandoned cart workflow that I cannot segment my campaign between previous purchasers and new customers. I'm still overall happy with Omnisend, but am frustrated with the lack of this option that I had in MailChimp. I have different messaging for these two segments in Abandoned Carts and do not want to train my loyal customers to just wait for a coupon after abandoning a cart. ************ I've spent the last couple days migrating over to OmniSend from MailChimp and so far I am SO happy to be doing it! It's easy and intuitive to use with a lot of great features! I have high hopes for my new workflows and campaigns to out-perform what I was doing previously. Automation workflows are really easy to set up, and I love the cancellation trigger. I'm also really excited to check out the Facebook & Google Audience Syncs, although I haven't quite gotten that far yet. I'm expecting that to be a great feature though. Just a couple things I'd like to see added: - I need a way to segment some of my workflows between customers who have previously purchased vs. new customers. I have different messaging to use for new clients vs. repeat buyers. This is particularly critical for an abandoned cart workflow. This is the only thing so far I've found that I'm losing in the switch. - I also would love a better option for the order follow up email workflow. I see the value of the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback block, but I'd really rather encourage customers to leave reviews on my website. I do this with another app right now, but if it could be accomplished with OmniSend, that would be amazing. Otherwise, super happy with the switch. I've spent the weekend setting up all my automated workflows, and I'll be ready to start sending newsletter campaigns next week.

I have been using this app for a few days and so far it is working perfect. Their team is very responsive when I have any questions.

We just switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend. love it so far. easy to segment, create custom workflows, and their customer support has been amazing, getting back to me on all my questions very quickly.

[UPDATED] I switched from Mailchimp to omnisend, and WOW, best change I made in any app change I made. This app works so amazingly easy and well for me. The price for this app is way too high, 16 dollars a month? Lets find another app.

I used this app to help me automate adding people to my mailing lists and segment my list. I really like the layouts it gives and the formats. I absolutely love the sleek designs for pop-ups and the ease of use. I chose it over another popular CRM because of its wheel of fortune option and so far I have no regrets. I wish it had inline newsletter forms I could make without having to write the custom HTML myself. I loved how easy it was to create different inline forms for my different pages and just copy and paste it into the blog post exactly where I wanted it. I may end up switching after the launch because of that fact as I love to make my landing pages in a blog post and just copy and paste the inline forms. I like the landing page options they have and the scheduling but I much prefer to keep people in my site then use an outside page.

Not sure why so many great reviews. The support is nonexistent and I can't get anything to function properly. I miss godaddy.

Very user-friendly, esp for us who are not trained in any eDM design. integration with shopify is supherd. highly recommended.

We just moved over from Shopify, export of current lists was seamless, user interface was great and very simple to follow definitely recommended A nice feature addition would be to edit images size within the app

Switched over to Omnisend after MailChimp stopped working with Shopify. I am really impressed with the platform and the ability to customize the template.

Used it ans is very useful, specially the live view of the store, couldn’t find a similar feature elsewhere..

Made the move from Mailchimp to Omnisend....should have done it ages ago - Omnisend is a much better app with way better customer service.

I am not sure why all the hype. I personally had the worst experience ever after switching from MailChimp, or rather trying to switch. The customer service is nonexistent, that's how unresponsive they are. I had a simple problem and after their initial suggestion I had to wait for two days didn't work, the support simply disappeared - NO ANSWER at all. Basically the app is way worse than MailChimp, there is no obvious way to set up any other account access, every person on your store has their own account and can screw things up from their free account with no way to fix it from yours, you have to keep switching between to find out who did what if the staff is not admitting it. It's simply atrocious so far and ever so clunky. I haven't tried to send anything yet and not sure I want to, after this initial clusterwhatever.

This is a great app! Super easy to use and just sent my first campaign with it... we'll see how it goes. Would definitely recommend!

I use the app to send email to our subscribers. Easy operations and many templates to use. You can complete the email like your enjoying. I think it can bring more traffic and sales to our store.

So, I am a switchover from the MailChimp trauma... and I've always disliked the clunky MailChimp interface... but OmniSend has not only made the transition easy (and I had custom forms and everything) but their interface is awesome. Everything is visual, easy to follow, and allows me to focus on content rather than trying to do what I want with a bad interface like MailChimp. The support is quick, and super friendly to - it does make a difference. Thanks so much Omnisend for making a potentially painful process easy!

Really easy solution to the Mailchimp disconnect debacle. Tried to do a 3rd party link - super confusing. Omnisend was very easy use!

I used this app to set up some automation for abandoned cart emails and it was very easy to work with. I thought the templates were great and step by step process work flow guided me right through. I'm happy so far.

Very easy to use / user friendly. Great templates to use which makes sending emails very simple. You can import products into the email from your website so easily too which is brilliant. Very professional emails as a result.

Transitioning from Mailchimp to Omnisend made EASY! 2 Thumbs Up.

Changed from Mailchimp to Omnisend and have been pleased with this decision. Easy migration, simple to use and Omnisend has provided me with great customer service answering all my questions promptly.

At first it was difficult as my Shopify email wasn't showing that I'd verified, but the Omnisend and Shopify teams were all very helpful so now I can get started. Thank you. :)

After the Mailchimp + Shopify debacle, I was searching for a new newsletter automation. I absolutely love how beautiful my email looked, and how easy it was to design. Honestly I just stayed with Mailchimp because it was a task complete, it never occurred to me that I could do better. This actually ended up being a blessing.
