Just started using the app and I have to say it's sleek and simple. Definitely an improvement over MailChimp which I was using before. I appreciate the free option and there are a few things I have to iron out, but so far it's a fantastic free email marketing tool.

This app is like Godsent. It has been such a freaking good experience so far that I contacted them directly to tell them how good it was. They nailed the dashboard and everything. the email builder is like butter on homemade bread it's soo good. It took me 2 weeks of mental stressed doing as much research as I could to figure out who to use and stupidly I went with a different company. I won't say who, but it rhymes with privy lmao ( horrible experience, clunky layout, email builder was horrible) anyways I love omni. I EVEN tried throwing my money at them and they said, just enjoy the free experience, try everything and if you need it and you're happy think about the upgrade. Like dear lawd borderline almost quit my job and applied to Omnisend. So good they just fucking nailed everything. LOVE IT!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH okay I'm done. I have unofficially become a salesperson for them. It's just too good to not install it on every site i have and tell people about it. Wondering if they have an affiliate program? anyways / 5 out of 5. Don't think about it. Just nike. Update - Did I tell you about their customer support!! it's like flying a kite of a windy day!!! it's awesome! super fast and went beyond! like kappoowwwww!!! If they had gear, I would wear it. Just saying.

I used the Omnisend app to help me send a notice to my subscribers for launching my new online store. It was easy to create my message from the customizable templates. A wonderful first experience.

Extremely poor customer service. In comparison to other apps on shopify this app is painful to use. Move on from this one.

I use the OmniSend app for my online store to emails customers, customer sign up box, pop up and will soon create a Landing Page. This app has many options to explore and help with sales and staying connected to your customers.

MAILCHIMP WHO? WOW! Really impressed. installed on our second store thats still growing and im already in love. very easy to use and if help is required there are help links that actually help and are easy to understand. Cant wait to see this app in full action !

I was having trouble sending my Welcome automation to new customers and Omnisends customer service representative who I chatted with was so helpful. She guided me step by step through all the possible errors, answered all of my questions in a timely and courteous manner and resolved my problem 40 minutes later. Great experience overall. App is relatively easy to follow and set up. Definitely would recommend.

Less than 2% of the emails as getting to my customers. They are all going to spam. Called G-Suites and my account is not blacklisted and emails that are sent through my email directly are fine but sending through Omnisend, the emails are all going to spam. Waste of money if the customer is not even seeing the email marketing. Customer support is lacking.

Recently moved over from Mailchimp. I've been incredibly impressed by the support team's speed of reply and willingness to help with my transition to their service.

Never got it to send, said my list was dirty, but no way to upload my hard bounce list. Looks good, also had an outage so missed a key milestone. Support was poor and they couldn't fix the problem.

just 4 stars because i don't believe in perfection... well as a tool how they subscribe it's good...the support team very efficient .. didn't try the app enough the tool or ( app ) yet to say if it's working good.... but i can tell it's easy and recommend to try you lose nothing guys

I used the app for the first time. It was easy to use from the laptop but not from the phone app. Excellent, easier than mailchimp. Although it hasn't quite imported all my subscribers to the app yet. I was able. to promote my products directly from the website effortlessly
