When importing subscribers, customers and contacts from my business who have actually signed up on the website or bought products, omnisend automatically sets around half of them as "non-subscribed" - therefore half of my subscribers will never see any of the emails sent out. Not a very good system as there is no manual override or way for you to set them back to subscribed by yourself. However, after this happening I have been in contact with customer support, who was very quick, friendly and helpful - who has reinstated my subscribers. Still - this step should not really be necessary if the system did not have this strange issue. Be very aware of this flaw in the app and that you will have to contact customer service and at their discretion have them set your subscribers from non subscribed back to the correct subscribed status. Will be testing the app more to see if it fulfills our needs as an email marketing system after a rocky start to using it. UPDATE : After having even more problems loading up lists which I have already paid to be cleaned, the system automatically stops campaigns from running. The support screenshot guides which show how to remove inactive emails are completely wrong and out of date as the company has updated their system but not the screenshots, so all fields are different and impossible to follow the guide. I have been sent this wrong guide now about 3 or 4 times by various support staff. So far omisend, although has a fairly nice interface, is a complete headache and waste of time using in practice compared to other email marketing systems. UPDATE : Omnisend after a year of me using it decided to increase the price to a ridiculous amount, maybe 10 times what i was paying, so i cancelled it. The app is nice idea but please not the severe flaws as above and now the stupid pricing makes it way overpriced and not a feasible option to use. Sort it out guys...

Email marketing solutions have come a long way. Found using the Omnisend app and its Shopify integration as intuitive as can be. Setting up a campaign is as easy as setting up an ecard. Only area for improvement I would love to see, is version history for the template I’m customizing and an easier way to revert to previous state and/or insert standard blocks - Drag and drop from block library didn't work on iOS Chrome and iOS Safari doesn’t allow adding products from the store UI via the product wizard. But those are easy quirks to work around. Awesome app.

Wizard Patch supplies embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker wear etc. We did use this app to stay in touch with all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge customers via our store https://wizardpatch.com but found after a while it really had issues with sending. We were also "falsley" accused of purposely adding emails to the system that we did not acquire ethically but this was a false accusation, only emails added to our system were user added, thru our site, and we figured that this was just a way to treat us for using the free platform and not using their system via a paid means. So we no longer use this service at all now, its an absolute rubbish app to use and the dev team are out of touch.

I have just started using it. I've just sent one campaign and built one segment. I've got to say though, it's REALLY intuitive and very flexible for designing your email. The reporting, analytics elements look really clear too. Impressed.

Resubscribed after a strategic email marketing break. Ran into a campaign issue on very tight deadline in the early hours of evening. Maria from OS Support stepped in and provided step by step guidance fixing the issue via chat over an hour. we are totally impressed as we did not expect timely guidance to this extent and saw our campaign goal diminishing. Thanks to her professionalism and helpfulness we were back on track 60 minutes later. The App has always been very good, we did not have to try their support. Now we had to and we are SOLD. 5 Star for APP, 7 Stars for Support.

Works fine for me! Limited to 2000 emails/daily if you use free plan. Easy to use, imported list from Mail Chimp.

Within 20 minutes I had connected Omnisend to my store and wrote a very professional looking Newsletter using several of the images and information from shopify store itself. A+ for making it effortless.

I used this app to create email newsletters and it did the perfectly! Adding text and photos was nice and easy.

Definitely 5 out of 5 for this app! Just WOW on how good the emails look when built from the templates! Easy to import my subscribers from Mailchimp, and easy connection to Shopify and my loyalty app. Very, very impressed.

Hey, this is WAY better than Mailchimp. These people will talk to you and it is SOOOOOO MUUUUUCH MORE INTUITIVE! Also not as stuck up as Klavyo. Long live Omnisend! Just started adapting the whole thing but already easier.
