Great email marketing tool! Their customer service is quick and very helpful! Glad I found them!

I was a mailchimp user and at the same time i was using campaign monitor. the mailchimp shopify issue was the trigger for me to look around. I discovered Omnisend and realized i could move away from mailchimp and campaign monitor and accomplish the same goal with added benefits to boot. I am now able to handle all of my CMS tasks with one software application, save money and have more horsepower with so many features that were not available on either of the apps i was using . Great Job Omnisend!

I used this app for about a month before I switched to a more reliable email marketing app. This one has great features, but everything ends up in spam and no body opens the emails. The click rate is unbelievably slim. Other than that, they have good templates and it's very easy to use.

I recently went over from Mailchimp to Omnisend and I must be honest IT'S MUCH BETTER than Mailchimp. What makes Omnisend better is that there is support. I know the feel is the same as Mailchimp but the fact that there is support helps a lot. I have also noticed some functions that Mailchimp does not have.

No unnecessary load of this settings or that settings. Exactly what is needed for an email marketing. Steps are very clean and clear. Templates are of very good design. Creating and executing are very smooth. Scheduling is a great option. One thing could be added in scheduling: Selection of timezone; Perhaps you need to send the email for Japanese at evening 4 PM at Japanese time!!

App worked great. Got my first newsletter out today using it. The blocks are really help. Gives some direction to my newsletter without needing to use codes.

Super friendly to use. I like the simple templates and im super impressed how easy it was to import contacts. It was a breeze compared to my experience with mailchimp which I switched from when they split with shopify.

I've updated my review to 4 stars. After all Omnisend proved that they value every customer and make every effort to find a solution for customer's needs. Despite all the problems we had - they made a lot of effort to fix it. Really appreciated.

I was looking for an email platform that helps me automate most of my email task, basically autopilot. I've been using mail chimp for years and wasn't completely happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I installed Omnisend to see how feature packed the platform is and how polished the user interface is. It took me no time to recreate a lot of the automations I had and I have new ideas to implement as well. The live view is a nice bonus and does a great job showing me in real time what's going on (things like what item was added to the cart). I had few questions during setup and the staff responded quickly and were super knowledgeable. Can't recommend it enough. I'm using the "standard" tier, the free is plenty good as well. Give it a try!

So far, so good!!! I am not super techy at all, I am still getting use to all of its functions and features. Pretty simple to use. Chat responds almost immediately which I do appreciate!!!

I just sent my first campaign with this app, so far so good. thank you, looking forward to do more with it.

First time using this app to send out a personalized email to my subscribers. It was easy and simple to use for free.

I have tested many others email apps and just found those are too complicated to setup or do not have the features I needed. Try the Omnisend today, I only have a small amount of emails to test with, they are my paid customers. After sending out a simple discount campaign for a couple of hours, I got about some clicks and already captured sales from it! I am quite happy with it! Hopefully I will see more sales to come when more people opened the emails. I shall implement the app to my other stores and see how it goes! Definitely worths for the money.

I added this app to my store today and so far so good! I love the automation emails options is have given me compared to other apps like cross-sell. Created my first campaign and i'm excited to see how it turns out.

Great e-mail marketing program. The automation are powerful and the multi-channel marketing features are outstanding. The only thing I would like to see that it doesn't have is more CRM features with list segmentation - I'd like to be able to segment based on custom customer profile options. Keep up the awesome work omnisend.

We use this app to create email automations to retarget and reactivate past clients. The app is very robust with many features. When being stuck on how to something their customer service has come through. I would highly recommend this app.
