onboarding was very easy and the getting started recommendations were great. I just sent my first campaign and was able to easily add my products in the email as well. great experience.

Thank you for a very to use email marketing design and management tool, especially for new comers, this can be hard to figure out while juggling 50 other things.

I use this app for all my email marketing. Super easy to import contacts from Mailchimp. I've set up a couple automations, and I just set up my first campaign. I like that it's so easy to add featured products into marketing emails. I've also contacted customer service a couple times, and they have helped me out as well. Superb!

It's easy to use and there are guidelines for every step, so it's easy to get started. There are many templates to choose from, it is worth using

I downloaded this site yesterday to help with my store and got into a bit of a muddle, so requested some help via online chat. I expected to wait a few hours for a response, but only had to wait a few minutes. The lady was extremely patient and guided me through the process, which enabled me to figure out where I'd gone wrong. It's really nice knowing that there is someone helpful to be able to chat to if I come across a problem and I would highly recommend this app as it integrates perfectly with my Shopify website.

This app has some great features & is easy to navigate. I've used to it help launch my welcome emails, and I've had no issues with it at all.

I need to change my email marketing provider and these guys fit the bill 110%. So happy I have moved over. Easy integration and great templates that were really easy to use.

The customer service provided by Omnisend is terrible. I can't recommend this expensive app to anyone. It's not that feature rich and when it started randomly generating discount codes, Valerie at Omnisend couldn't have been any less interested in providing support, instead insisting that I must have the discount code block enabled in a campaign (it wasn't) and not spending any time to understand what the actual issue was. Tried to first fob me off on to Shopify then reluctantly said she would try and speak to the tech team to see if it was "possible to investigate the issue". When I report an issue or have a concern as a paying customer, I expect it to be investigated without question and not with disinterest. Asked how I escalate my complaint and surprise, surprise, they don't even have an escalation process.

Very cool, awesome, deserves 5 stars, I love the application that has helped me to experience great, I will often use and recommend to many users.

The first time I used this app, I didn't pay anything to send an email to my subscribers, letting them know about a new product in my store. It took me about 15 minutes or less to send! It was easy to verify my email information, upload my photo from my computer, resize it, add text, links, & send a test email. This is really cool stuff. I will upgrade.

I just sent my first e-mail and I am super stoked about how user friendly this platform is. I want to use a tool that integrates with shopify so that triggered email can be sent based upon activity in my store. That is why I chose this platform, but I am shocked at how easy and awesome it is!!!

So helpful with our store and very user-friendly. The interface is clean and straightfoward, not clunky and "ugly" like the other ones you've seen. Their support staff is great as well. Quick to reply (within reasonable hours of course) and very helpful! It's crazy how much you get for free. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing email marketing - even newbies! They lay everything out for you.

I had previously downloaded the Omnisend app with many others but i was new to the ecommerce business so i didn't really know what i was doing and i ended up deleting it. A year or so later after tones of restrictions from other apps i re-downloaded Omnisend. For a email marketing app they are the only ones in my opinion who allow you to send so many campaigns on a free plan; secondly the automation and forms are easy to set up and use even for beginners; when it comes to customer support, they are the best. I live in Africa so i thought i had to wait for 8+ hours to get a response because of the time difference but to my surprise it was almost instant. I was helped by a lady called Valerie, she walked me through every step with detailed instructions and screen munch. I was struggling to send my first campaign because i had the wrong email address registered under my account, Valerie fixed the issue for me in a couple of minutes and i was able to send my campaign. I couldn't be happier to have downloaded Omnisend. I strongly encourage anyone to download it, the app is more than generous in terms of features even on a free plan.

I have a small business. I tried another platform prior to Omnisend and it wasn't user friendly at all and the customer service just wasn't there. I researched and compared companies on the Shopify app store and Omnisend looked like a fit for me and it had a free trial. Was I frustrated setting everything up? Yes! Was customer service there for me? OMG! Every step of the way!!! I have never experienced such attentive customer service. So far things are going well and I know with this new partnership the sky is the limit!
