Terrible customer service and features that aren't on par with their competitors. For example, you can't segment based on opens of an email automation, only based on email campaigns. Really big pain if you are trying to be super targeted! Customer service almost never has a response other than, "I'll suggest that to our developers" and rarely has a good work around for the lack of features. Not worth paying for. I'm switching to another provider as soon as I can.

This isn't a very good app if you are not a coder. There were a lot of bugs that prevented certain aspects the templates from functioning correctly. Unfortunately, I was told that their technical team was too busy solving other issues and was directed to a link with CSS and HTML codes to fix it myself. They have a chat option that will try to help, but they are very limited.

ive tried many email marketing apps, but this app is soooo cool, the theme templates are awesome and you can customize it however you want, also cart abandonment and sms and facebook mesenger and push notifications you can create your own custom sequence. this is a must have app for any ecom store owners

Great App, very easy to use and so many features. I like that they offer a free version so that you can decide if you want to upgrade to paid plans!

I am using this app to grow my small business, and love it so far! There is a tiny learning curve, but that was expected! They give lots of great ideas/ templates for you to work with, which really allows you to grow and get used to making your own designs! Looking for to my future with Omnisend!

So far we're really impressed with the ease and coolness of this app. From the automation set up to the variety of templates. We've long been mailchimpers and this is far better. Less clunky, really sleek and smooth to use. So easy anybody can do it... but do it really really well like they totally know what they're doing. Really we're all just winging it. Using this app is as easy and efficient as 1-2-3. I wasted hours with Mailchimp and ShopSync. Just follow the prompts here snd in 15 minutes you are good to go!

We have tried several paid email campaign apps and they didn’t even compare to the free version of the Omnisend app. We will soon be upgrading and I’m sure it will be even better! Try it it!
