Omnisend was everything we needed when we first started using it. Email and SMS marketing/updates, cheap, and very VERY easy to use. What's more, is that it comes with the same..."aura" of Apple and Shopify; Extremely user friendly, and easy to use, but astronomically powerful and capable if you understand more complex topics, such as basics of programming. What shocked me more, was that after a few months of use, I started to explore a bit more. Omnisend is insanely powerful. Like, for the price (free or just the basic $10 plan) it's insane. I seriously was blown away by this. I can't think of anything it doesn't do that we would ever need. Absolutely amazing application, highly recommended.

Omnisend and Shopify each point the finger at the other when a bug in one of their systems (or connecting API) resulted in a purchaser receiving two automated abandoned-cart emails from Omnisend after the purchaser completed submission of a paid-up order on Shopify. Inexcusable, and Omnisend support still won’t help help troubleshoot or fix the problem

I have used this app a few times now and it really helps me to send wonderful newsletters and automated emails. I am not tech savvy but this is really user friendly! It works great for my shop at omensapothecary.net I came back to omnisend for my email marketing and they were very helpful when I had trouble verifying my email and I managed to make a lovely newsletter.

It's easy to learn and allows your business to grow just by pushing buttons and setting automations. Try it!

This app was so easy and intuitive to use, and I was able to customize everything to ensure my emails reflected my brand and what I was trying to achieve. The suggested workflows were such a helpful guide when setting up various campaigns, and the data collected provided valuable insight into how my customers were responding to my email marketing efforts.

I started using this app and I just love it. Email, SMS marketing and push notification. All in one place. I can recommend it to everyone who is in eCommerce.

I'm really liking this app. The free version is enough for me to design a great looking newsletter and schedule it to be sent out. I still use Shopify generated confirmation emails, but will most likely upgrade to a paid version of Omnisend as my business grows. Easy to design emails and create segments, and very intuitive to use. Seamless integration with Shopify.

Just starting out with Omnisend, had a problem verifying my sender email but Veronica was quick to help me out and resolve the issue.

New to omnisend. I wanted to sent out a simple email to my subscribers. Usually you can figure it out quickly by using the basics & common sense like NAME, LAST , SUBJECT, PREVIEW etc... it took me a while to understand how to send a basic email. I had to watched videos from the beginning which to me is time consuming when it should be just in a snap to do so. I wanted to resend my email to non openers , I couldn't? i have to create a total new segment in order for me to do which it would take 3 seconds to do or i have to wait 48 hours? by then i am already in another email campaign. Mailchimp no waist no time, you just resend to non openers, in fact they notify you to do so in quick 3 seconds from your phone. I do like Omnisend templates. Are neat and clean and customer service is good. Thank you for the quick response.

SO MUCH NICER THAN KLAVIYO! And, just as powerful - if not more. I love Omnisend so much. In my brand, the ability to make things beautiful really matters. And, Omnisend offers so much more when it comes to pop up design, campaign design, templates, and gamification of the user experience. Those little things really make a difference in conversions. Pair that with all the smart features like audience integration for ads and advanced segmentation - it's unbeatable in my eyes. SMS is like 5x cheaper than Klaviyo, too. The only thing missing is a more robust list of integration partners. They are working on getting recharge to have an abandon cart trigger, which will be a big help. And, I'd love to see them integrate with ThriveCart as I still use that for some landing pages. They only have one quiz integration and that company is wonky, I hope they either build in simple quiz functionality or partner with more options. But, since they have a Zapier connection all these things can be worked around, for now. So, so, happy I chose Omnisend.

I am new to all of this and Omnisend has been EASY to learn and manage. So far, I have watched 3 videos from Omnisend about setting things up with workflow and sending out newsletters. I am excited to continue using this app and see it help me help my business.
