Great App... Super user friendly. Great support and lots of easy to see support guides. I have literally done no email marketing before and Omnisend makes me feel like a PRO!

WONDERFUL! I wouldn't use any other app for my marketing and emails. I am very glad that someone recommended this app to me, it's truly changed my business in so many ways.

I'm very impressed with omnisend so far. Most of it is really intuitive but when I had a question I reached out to customer support expecting a reply in a few hours. Oskar replied within minutes, and it wasn't the typical 'Hello, we received your message and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly". Nope - it was Oskar asking me to clarify my problem further so can help. This was around 11:00 pm EST. In the morning, I had more questions and he responded again within minutes! He answered all my questions, and helped me get a much better handle of the software. I'm excited to see everything else Omnisend has to offer. I'm really impressed so far!

Highly recommended if you think of design above all! You don't need a developer or web designer to create a professional email design!

Easy to set up, and effective! All you need to get going. Quite like the fact they now have a podcast also!

The best app you can find... Its little expensive but worth every dollar. I was using mailchimp before and this is 10 times better.

It's affordable to small businesses, nice templates, great workflows much better than Klaviyo all round easier to use and better customer service.

The app was very user friendly and literally took less than 5 minutes to complete the setup. I like that it provided step by step directions throughout the process.

So far so good! I am used to Mailchimp but this app seems much more intuitive. I will come back after I have used it more.

I installed this app and I'm using the free version which is more than enough to get started with all the basic marketing needs! Awesome UI, great customer service... Much better than MailChimp in my opinion! Great job guys :)

I am only using the free version of this app as we are just starting out our business. The app works beautifully and intergrates really well with Shopify. The pricing for the paid versions seems reasonable. I had tried other apps but I found this was really simple to use. The templates available enable me to create beautiful emails.

Great app. It really helps with all email marketing job we would need in our store and also the live vision about what is happenning in the store is amazing.

I used orderly email and Sendinblue first but this app Omnisend is much better and fulfills my needs.

I tested out 10 different email marketing systems and Omnisend was the overall best in terms of price, automations, and features. There's a few things I wish they had compared to others (Facebook integration is pretty expensive) but the customer support completely makes up for it. I'm pretty happy with them. If you don't need FB segmentation or analytics that go past 18 months, this is the best one for sure.

So much value for free trial. Effective and easy to use. Especially love the live view feature as we can see what visitors are doing in our website

I dont like to be negative and like to give everything a shot. This is not a very user friendly App. Couldnt even send out a mass email without getting my account suspended. After cleaning it the first time. I had to do it again for another mass email. Thye claim my contact bounce back was two high. The process is long to to get back up and running. Customer service is slow and lacks detailed instructions. Spent a week of downtime in trying to figure this out. Not a good system and not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. It's a headache. I appreciate a response but its kinda to little to late. Which demonstrates the issue that you guys think just because you can throw a link and some instructions to someone and leave them to figure it out on their own. Hence, after over 43 emails back and forth one of your reps had offered to take care of the issue herself.

We are updating our previous review. It is definitively a great app! However, after using it for some time, we have found an area, which we consider very important, that needs to be improved. We are talking about the subscribe and unsubscribe functionalities. When using double opt-in (highly recommended) for subscriptions, both the email and the landing page can't be customized, except for the texts. This means that the logo is not included and the color of the button can't be changed, etc. So each time a new customer subscribes to our page, they will not see the logo nor our preferred brand colors in both the email and landing page, which should bring trust specially for new customers. The same thing happens with the unsubscribe landing page. I don't understand why something so important is not a priority for Omnisend! It is certainly hard to attract new customers, and we must offer them through a trustful experience. I hope that Omnisend consider improving this area of their app as soon as possible.

Really Simple To Use Unlike Other Email Marketing Apps. Omnisend walks me through everything to complete my email marketing tasks. Highly Reccomend 10/10
