It's so easy to create a task whether for a form, automation or campaign. The user interface is very streamlined, easy to understand and follow. One minor suggestion, consider proof-reading some help files as I noticed some typos. Overall, this is a great app with lots of functionalities that will definitely help you grow your store. Highly recommended!

Seems like all the email marketing platforms are a bunch of crap. Nothing stands out as "best" for any of them (mailchimp, klayvio, omnisend, sendinblue etc..) the free plan with omnisend shouldn't exist - this is a red flag and major turnoff. I saw a few reviews that mentioned how you will end up paying Omisend way more than you need to, I guess this is a good example. I do not recommend Omisend, it's no better than the others - at least (with other platforms) you can send a free "happy birthday" or "abandoned cart" email.

It's really complete :) With I have fixed the problem that I have with anothers. You can delete the logo of them to make a really professional design.

Been using this app for 6 months across two different stores. Very nice format. I did have some issues setting it up because I was confused. I reached out to support and they're help was excellent. Very fast and easy help. 100% recommend this app!

Easily the best and most user friendly email app I've used. Comes with stats on how much money its made me back and all that. Highly recommend. It's $20 a month for a decently active store like mine

Pretty impressed by the service. I tried a couple of other services but I found their UI and capabilities to be the best of the ones I tried. I had an issue with building an email campaign. Support was really quick to get back to me and was very helpful.

I use this app and everything works as it should, nothing to complain about, it has got many funcions from automation to campaigns...wouldn't reccommend sms campaign but you know that. Nice jobe

Only just started using this app and so far so great! It was super easy to use; I've imported contacts, segmented my list, created my first campaign and scheduled it to send. Super easy to use... recommended!

Is a good App for Shopify, but you must pay always for the best services. It will be better if they offer more services for the free experience

Happy to say that the Omnisend team has help with a few issues I had with the app. I'm also happy to change my review to 5 stars. This literally is the greatest email marking app for ecommerce. For the price of $16 per month, you get to customize your templates with a ton of features that is provided in the app. It definitely takes time getting use to but you will eventually get the hang of it. I have tried over 30 different email marketing apps and you can't compare the price and features that Omnisends provides. This app is also for beginners as well. There are a few things I wish the app can have like prefilled templates for the holidays. Overall it's a great app.

amazing,intuitive and easy to use Omnisend. I have used many others and find them very cluttered and not user friendly. Omnisend allows me to follow and track.

Migrated from Mailchimp and what a huge difference! Streamlined and easy to use, I'll be staying with Omnisend from now on. Also lots of things you can do on the site to make it easier, no need to get a bunch of apps

We selected Omnisend because of its native integration with Shopify. You can drill down to see what all our customers are doing on our site and target them based on their purchasing behaviour. Almost went with Klayvio for the back in stock alerts feature, but Omnisend has the better price and ease of use. Nice addons like gift box and scratch card. Their support is excellent as well, quick and reliable.

I switched to Omnisend after trying (and failing with) Mailchimp. Omnisend has been brilliant. Very intuitive program. Easy to navigate. It has saved me so much time. The trial version works great. Usually trial versions are stripped back in terms of features - but not with Omnisend. I found customer support to be great. They respond within 5 mins. They keep in contact, making sure you're happy with response. I am so happy I switched to this program.
