Great app which works really well and just what I was looking for. I was having problems trying to set it up as I'm not that good with technology but I chatted with the support team and Joy was so helpful, even to the point where she did it for me. Thank you.

i like the serivce very much . because when i uninstall the app and the rep told me the way how to remove the code to help my speed for the store.

We have used this app for our Live Chat on our website for a long time. It works well, but does come with it's glitches. The good news is: the support is great. I will also mention that their privacy policy is unclear, which is worth noting. That being said, we have used this for months

Works very well. Simple to use; I had a few niggles when installing but the Tech Help were quick and got on the case. Also live chat with support is excellent. Looking forward to seeing how it works!

I use this app to connect my Shopify store with Facebook live chat. It is just exactly what I need. Moreover, their support team is impressive, which is really important and helpful while you are having hundreds of things to learn on your little Shopify store. They went the extra mile to make sure I got this up and running and made things super easy for me. Above and beyond!

Very helpful and useful app, makes chatting with customers so easy!!! Better then any other system I have used in the past!

Last update destroyed the plugin. The system selected arbitrary the facebook page to connect to my store and I can't change it. Completely useless.

It's okay but definitely not mobile friendly, looks good and works perfectly for the website on a desktop. On the mobile device it's huge and zooms in when you're typing a message.
