This app has help connect to my customer who are hesitant on subscribing. I had technical difficulties when I changed theme but the team was fantastic. The support they provide is surreal. Thank you so much for all you’ve done.

Although many of my customers usually contact us via email, I still recommend the app to the merchants who need to communicate with your customers in real-time. I like the feature of sending the order information to messenger, it creates a better connection between buyer and seller.

App works great - Really like the features - Still working on connecting to Mobile.. But the virtual assistant, Malak was very helpful and got me connected to support and collaborators.. Understand that every theme is different and may require some tweaks get working correctly however I am confident this is a great app once you get it running..

Love this app, I tried the normal FB messenger integration method but it looked ugly and I couldn't customize it like I could with this app.

Needed a messenger app and Shopify said this was popular so trying this out. Really love to be able to chat instantly to our customers.
