I had an issue with the chat icon appearing over my 'checkout' button in the cart. Within 5 mins Andy customized the code and solved my issue. I was very impressed with his speed and professionalism. App also functions well and does what is promises.

I'm still getting the hang of the app features but everything I ask if I can do is possible and the chat support is great. They have even taken the time to raise issues on my site that aren't specifically linked to Ping Me too.

It's like a virus! After removing this app it is still on my website and there is nothing to turn off or delete more! Don't recommend

This app did not work properly for me. when installed my product pictures were not visible, reinstalled twice but would not work properly with Electron theme. customer Support was no help at all. Their best troubleshooting method was to reinstall the app.....wow.

So far so good. The support responds quite fast. It's affordable too. Let's see how it goes. Will give full review later

We have had the app installed for a few weeks and it works well and was easy to add to our store. We had some issues with Facebook's guest mode policy and messages expiring after 1 day, so switched to having the 'leave message' live to avoid any missed messages. We had some problems setting this up with our email, but the app support team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their support team and developers kept in touch and resolved our issue promptly.
