Okendo has been nothing but helpful. Since I've started using this app they have helped me every time I've asked and are very quick to respond! I recommend!

Okendo is fantastic. Moving to Okendo from our previous review platform was a great decision. For the same rate we now get unlimited reviews, a much more flexible display and amazing customer service. Can't fault it.

I've used Okendo for several Shopify businesses, and they are far friendlier and easier to work with and integrate than other competitors. They give white glove service and incredible support at a fraction of the cost of others. Most importantly, our customers really enjoy the journeys and ability to share feedback through the clean, simple and well designed UX.

Okendo has been a streamline integration for our store. Launching a new product is never an easy feat, and when finding product-market fit, feedback is a critical phase that Okendo is helping us achieve. I looked at both Yotpo and ShopperApproved, but it was a clear choice to go with Okendo’s Power Plan not only for the features but for the great customer service that was provided when working with Mor to find the best plan for us, Jade for a quick and smooth implementation, and the rest of the Okendo team. I’d highly recommend Okendo as the go-to review app for a new or established business! The team have gone above and beyond to meet my needs, and reviews started coming in almost immediately!

It was a great pleasure working with Amanda! Our integration is more complex as we have several stores, but she makes everything so smooth for us. Despite the time difference, between her team in Australia and us in the UK, she handled the communication very well. Without missing a beat, we were able to meet the project deadline! After the launch, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure the Okendo star rating synch up with Google Shopping, and gave us detailed guidance on how to do it. We wouldn't have done this without her and her supporting teams. We highly recommend Amanda and Okendo. I use the app to review provide customer reviews for our products. It is very price competitive but does everything a more expensive provider does. Very helpful staff.

I cannot recommend Okendo enough. The platform is easy to integrate, the support team are amazing and have worked with us to get our design on point. Within days we have been receiving so many great product reviews, it's so exciting. Quick, easy, amazing support and a solid platform!

Super happy that we made the switch from Yotpo to Okendo. Scott and the team there made the migration super simple. We got everything up and running in less than a week. So far, we're getting more reviews and more UGC. Okendo is a superior product.
