Review from a Shopify+ merchant. MAKE THE SWITCH! Again, for the people in the back, MAKE THE SWITCH! Do you want GREAT customer service & onboarding made EASY? Are you like myself: A million things to do and no time to learn from "manuals"? Okendo was the best decision we have made this quarter. Their Klayvio integration is seamless. We sent out an email to existing clients post purchase within a 1 month time frame. We sent to 6800+ and received 400+ reviews within 24 HOURS! The way Okendo incentivizes our customers for rewards, the way their UI being as enticing as it is makes you want to click, and the ease in learning the program, I wish I could give this 10 stars. A MASSIVE shout out to the team that made it possible Mor & Margaux. Mor, our first contact for sales who answered every question we threw his way. Mor, truly gave us MORE information which we were delighted to receive. Methodical and most importantly HONEST! Margaux, our onboarding chauffeur, using french because she's french, and like the french, she was creative, diligent, and persistent. From uploading our CSV, coordinating our companies theme, assisting in Klayvio integration, and answering emails in quick fashion. Thank you Okendo for giving us a great product to use for years to come. Cheers.

We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

We started using Okendo 2 months ago. Our experience to date has been very positive. They provided excellent support during the implementation. Our side of the equation was relatively easy and done quickly then Okendo took care of the mechanics. They have provided excellent support throughout. Very timely and they have been happy to make whatever tweaks we requested to get the the reviews UX to where we wanted it. Definitely recommend Okendo as a reviews platform.

We looked a ton of review apps to help us accomplish our goal of increasing recent reviews through our internal site and google marketplace. Okendo offered a unique integration that helped us customize our widget to our specs and included attributes that our customers find very insightful. Not to mention, their support has been amazing. Our onboarding manager Allison was there with us every step of the way - quick and responsive to all of our needs. We switched over from Yotpo and have been very happy so far with the support and software. For a similar price point, I think you get way more features and bang for your buck with Okendo.

I've used a number of Shopify reviews apps, and Okendo is my favorite by far. Easy to use and looks phenomenal. Their support team is incredibly helpful and responsible, too. Appreciate you all!

Customer service is fantastic. I had a call with a member from their team to discuss which template would look best on more store & it was implemented without a hiccup. The reviews look clean & are super easy to use. My first experience was with Yotpo & Okendo is without a doubt a better system. 5 stars.

An agile and powerful review platform that has allowed us to get a lot more value out of reviews. They get bonus points for having an attentive and helpful team to assist in the transition.

Using Okendo has really helped us to gather a lot of testimonials which is incredibly helpful both in installing trust with new customers but also in learning more about what is working and what could be improved in our current portfolio.

Hands down the best review app on the market. If you're looking for an amazing interface with the proper integrations to build out a nice flow for customer reviews this is it. I looked at using a "well known" review app but found Okendo to be the perfect fit for what I truly needed; simple set up with Klaviyo (eventually Postscript), a clean customizable appearance on my site, and mobile-friendly UGC asks within the reviews. The biggest subtle but costly difference between Okendo and other review apps is pricing when your order volume picks up. Okendo is just what you need if you expect high order volume combined with true value. I signed up for the Power Plan and my account rep has been extremely helpful and she even set up my Klaviyo flows for me. I look forward to seeing the results this integration brings to our brand and the in-depth feedback from our customers.

We're a Shopify+ store switching over from a long run with Yotpo. I've been impressed with the level of service given throughout the exploratory calls, onboarding and now implementation phases of our experience with Okendo. I'm a fan of the deep integration with other apps I'm using and the value vs the alternatives costing much more and much less is what I've been most impressed with. Okendo strikes a great balance between feature set, usability, and pricing. You've got yourself a new fan!

Review edit 3/10/2020 : Previously I gave a negative review because the price of this application is different from similar applications. The team from Okendo contacted me and offered me a solution to try this application even longer to compare the conversion results obtained from this application with other applications. I really appreciate for every offer they submit, it seems fair enough for them, at least I tried it first before deciding to give them a negative review. One thing that should be appreciated is that they have a friendly and responsive team and excellent service.
