We recently switched from Yotpo to Okendo, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! The transfer process was seamless thanks to Okendo's exceptional support team. They guided us every step of the way, creating a detailed checklist to ensure everything went smoothly. Since the move, we've been able to personalize and polish our email requests through the Klaviyo integration, which was not possible with Yotpo. Additionally, we can now send review requests via SMS through Attentive, another feature we previously lacked. These new capabilities have significantly increased our review count. The Okendo platform is much easier to navigate and manage. Our account manager has been incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and support to help us achieve our goals. Overall, we highly recommend Okendo for its superior functionality and outstanding customer service.

We've been using Okendo for Reviews for about a year and just added their Survey package. It's been insightful and helpful in a really short amount of time. The UI is intuitive and all the basic functions you want are there.

Installation was a breeze and the app is intuitive and easy to use, but what makes Okendo a spectacular app is the customer service. I spent about an hour trying to solve a problem using their comprehensive documentation but I was stuck. I reached out to the app and was delighted to find that I was not shunted to AI or email, and instead got real help from an actual human named Juan. And he didn't just shoot me a link to the documentation! He actually fixed my problem. Like, dug into my Shopify store and fixed it. He answered my annoying noob questions. He made a few small changes I requested. Actual customer service, in 2024. This is IT, kids.

We love Okendo. Setup is quick and our day-to-day user experience is great. We'd recommend Okendo to anyone looking to set up ratings and reviews quickly.

Absolutely great app and service!

I already have a Hydrogen site and Okendo is a great choice for my project. Okendo takes care of everything with the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package. I hope the @okendo/shopify-hydrogen package will develop further with more features. Cheers!

I've been in tech for 30 years and seen a lot of product in my time. Okendo has excellent UI / UX and a full stack of features to help your store grow. Their customer service is exceptional and the attentive hand holding they offer though setup and tuning is next level. We put in a feature request two weeks ago for post checkout referrals for non Shopify Plus accounts and I received a message from their support today to let me that it's ready to ship already A fast moving product. Highly recommended
