Have had an incredible onboarding experience from start to finish, and received assistance in ways I did not anticipate. Had I known the amount of care that would of into this, I would have signed up even earlier! Estefania has been, and is, incredible holding our hand all the way through. A very complete system for review capture and placement on our site. Beautiful and well-designed widgets allow the reviews to populate wherever you would like them- and in so many different configurations. Super helpful in creating UGC and brand appeal on our site. The team are very helpful in getting the design and systems working as you need them. No question too big or too small and local support makes transversing the challenges of setting up a Shopify store super easy.

Hands down the best reviews app on shopify right now. Recently they changed their pricing for the better and it's very affordable to start with now as well. If this wasn't enough they have absolutely incredible support & devs that will 100% help you with whatever you need. Keep up the great work Okendo.

Does exactly what we want and customization is easy. We use primarily to collect reviews and UGC. Their team is also super helpful

I tried the app, signed up for 20$/month but couldn't use custom HTML templates so I uninstalled it. Then the customer service reached out to me and explained that there is a solution by integrating with Omnisend send. That app is another 16$/month, but fine, let's try it. I installed Omnisend, then cannot find how to integrate it with Okendo, I reach out to the customer agent, who then tells me that this feature costs 300$. I replied that I won't spend that much just to be able to send emails, which should be a basic feature. The agent comes back to me questioning my reasons and wondering if I could just style my emails instead of using HTML template. Please dont' waste your customers time, if you don't have a solution it's fine, but don't lure me into testing something to later find out it costs 15x more. Also don't question your customers need, it's better to miss a sale than to ridicule yourself like that.

Works well for us, have had a couple of issues with the widget plus implementation but they've got great support to help us through. Thanks for your help Hermes

Excellent onboarding service. Have answered multiple questions for me promptly. Very smoothly integrates with store. I imported Amazon reviews to get started and that was relatively straight forward. Thank you.

UPDATE 3/24/2023- I have been using this app a couple years now and it has definitely contributed to an increase in sales to my store. Customer support has been super quick to help me with any questions that arise. Definitely recommend! I have used many different review apps in the past. They all would miss some of the key features I desired for my online store. Okendo has EVERYTHING you would like from a review app. It's professionally designed, automatically sends review request emails to your customer by your desired time frames, plus customer service is amazing! I have seen a big increase in sales as well since starting last month. 100% Recommend!
