The app says get from $0.00/month but that is NOT the case! Half of everything you try to click on tells you that you need to upgrade and the plans with the most benefits is $99.00-$199.00 a month. The app has preformed well other than that so if paying this much is not a problem than maybe it would be worth it.

Sage and team are great to work with, their app is easy, effective and highly customize-able. We have seen our returning customers sales increase significantly since launching this loyalty app. Highly recommend it.

Out of all the other rewards program, this is the best one!!! It allows me to rewards my customers for social media following with the free plan while other programs use it as a tactic to upgrade. LOVE THIS!!!

I've had Beautifully Loyalty now for almost a year. I have enjoyed using the program (actually quite easy to use!!) and interfacing with David, on possible new and improved versions. I have always found them responsive, timely and extremely concerned with any questions and possible improvements. We use this app on both our website and POS with no issues. This is a GREAT app.

I had a horrible experience!! Where do all these 5 star reviews come from?! First off, there's utter lack of support. Their "support" is a bunch of know-nothings who keep deferring to their “team in New Zealand” and then nothing else happens. Placing support into a time zone out-of-synch with the rest of the world is NOT a good idea. If they want to charge $199/month they must do better than that. The app had 3 major bugs when we tried it out: (1) An existing customer was able to get a referral discount, even though only new customers should get a reward (2) Points for referral actions weren’t tracked properly (3) The system sent out emails to advocates with faulty point balances These errors go to the core of a loyalty system. If you can’t track points and redemptions properly, you might as well shut down. Moreover, they failed to tell me the Shopify file names and code sections where they added code. So I can't ascertain whether the uninstall is done properly. I fear they leave code behind, given how poorly and sloppily they have performed so far. A terrible experience and big waste of time.

I do not have much of other technology installed right now... so I don't know if it will be conflicted in the future with other technologies... This is one of the best loyal points app so far with a great price point. Have all the function I need. If they have VIP tier for a permanent discount with code for the customer who purchases over a certain amount like bronze ($200) for 5% discount, silver($400) for 10% discount, gold ($800) for 15%, this would be a 6 stars app. Thank you for making this app!
